Not sure if this was an authorized AT&T corporate store in the Fountains Plaza but went inside to check out the new Apple 17 iphone and verify my current contract pricing. Parking in front of the business. Spacious store with a few contract and phone charging tables in the center. Browsed the new Apple phones and android watches a few minutes and the rep Eloy assisted with a line by line audit of my bill. Noticed that $15 + taxes and fees were added on my two phones since last year for international calling that was an error. Thanked him and left to call AT&T customer service to resolve the issue with a credit. read more

Tried to get a phone online thru att.com. Delays, wrong phone shipped, more delays on the return. Total nightmare. After that I went in this store and quickly had a new phone and new line. Quality customer service. Overall, much better and smoother in person. read more

The most un educated teenagers work at this store. When you walk in, you'll see a group of young adults chit chatting in the corner. Then one of them will look at you as if you walked in their territory and ask if they can help you with something. As if you are walking into their hood. Then they'll pretend to look your account on the computer and give you a blunt series of options, take it or leave it pal. Rude, woke, ets.. worst ATT ever in my opinion. read more

Terrible service, I went for a line change and a telephone, they only offered me the amount of the lines and a monthly charge for the telephone, then I received a bill for more than 400 dollars, with services that they never offered me, they even They charged for the activation of the lines when I had to pay a membership to avoid the charge. I made a claim 1 week ago and I still have no solution. The worst attention and they only give you false information. read more

Deceptive practices in this AT&T franchise at: 7900 W Sunrise Blvd Plantation, FL 33322 I joined my family plan on 05/14/2018 in response to an offer I couldn't resist. They would pay my cancellation fee and the remainder on my old Verizon if I switched over. It is now is almost 6 months and I have still not received my rebate!! After MULTIPLE calls to customer service agents and supervisors, I have not had any resolution. The store is claiming they sent my phone to my address because it wasn't wiped. This is a lie and I have witnesses. Mike the At&T person at the store told the three of us he would handle the wipe so I gave him my password. He said he would take care of everything else and I could expect my rebate in about 2 months. Now they are claiming they had to send the phone to my address (which was the wrong address). I am starting to think that Mike held the phone back and sold it for profit on the side. I can't prove it but why else would they blatantly lie in the store. To protect my credit rating I had to pay the Verizon cancellation fee and for the old phone which came to $940.00. I live on Social Security and am a senior. I feel violated. AT&T Corporate, if you are reading this, you can investigate and do the right thing. read more

Deceitful, please don't trust this business, the store gives you false information, AT&T on Sheridan and Park Rd are deceitful, and will lie to you. I went purchased a phone that was 50% off I paid the 50% remaining and now AT&T are charging the other 50% because it had to be financed. However, we were never told this. Also they would not allow myself to keep my old number, which I m told is illegal so store could get a credit, which has cost me numerous hassles, ended up having to pay for my new number as well as the old number. I took a senior citizen friend of mine into ATT on Sunday afternoon. Greg helped her figure out a truly difficult issue she was having on her iPhone. He was patient and polite. He did not try to sell her products or services she did not need. He simply worked hard to solve her phone issue. Since I signed up with AT&T through this store I have had a horrible experience. It took two days just to get my devices working. And they lied about the type pricing and my bill was much higher than they said it would be with the promotion. Today I had to go back in because my phone has been saying no sim for weeks but it has gotten worse to where I lose connection for most of the day. I went in to get a new SIM card and they told me that the new sim won't work because they are having network issues. So I said is there anything I can do about it and they salesperson said no. I told them to give me a new SIM card anyway and one of the other guys put it in for me but the phone still said no sim and he was sending me on my way like he didn't care. So I told him I wasn't leaving until my phone works and he looked at me like he was dumb as said I need a new phone although I got this phone only a year ago from this same location and my phone is in great condition. He then took my phone and clicked around and the phone finally got service. They basically did not care about my issue and say there like two mutes with no solutions. I said I am paying 2 times as much when I was with T-Mobile and at least T-Mobile will offer you a credit for shitty service. I do not recommend AT&T not this particular store because they lack customer service. If you get this service you will certainly regret it so make sure you don't get a contract if you go with them. They talked me into the contract for some discount they clearly made up. This is the most expensive and shitty service I ever had. Mind you I am on the line with 611 and no one picked up as I typed this long bad review. Sucks!! read more

This store offers the worst customer service imaginable. I've had to return to the store at least 6 times since I transferred to AT&T and they've never been able or willing to help with any issues. They are extremely rude and unwilling to help with any issues. On top of that they add all sorts of add ons to your plan when you sign up and provide no paperwork of your new plan or phone service. The manager and the store associates are rude and don't tell you anything when you sign up so when you receive your bills your surprised with tons of add ons, charges, and things they never tell you. Save yourself the headache and go to another store. read more

After having a horrible experience with T-Mobile I decided to switch to At&t. I walked in and immediately greeted by Angela. She was wonderful, she asked me questions about what I was looking for in a phone and directed me to the one that most fitted my needs. She didn't push me to get the most expensive phone After my last phone call with T Mobile. Angela ordered my phone online for me within 2 days my phone was at the store. I've never been so confused by customer service in my life. I walked into this store to drop off a phone for the iPhone trade in program. When I walked inside, the single store associate just looked up and stared at me. He didn't say hello, how can I help you...nothing even remotely normal, he just stared. I said hello to which he responded "it's going to be a while until I get to you." I said that was fine and proceeded to wait. About 5 min later, he walked over to ask what I needed and I explained that I just needed to drop a phone off. He then asked me if I received a shipping label to send the phone back -- I said no. He said "are you sure." At this point, I was convinced I was in the twilight zone. I have no idea of this "gentleman's" name but hopefully I find out when I call corporate. Dear management - please do not have people working in your store who are unable to interact with customers and provide a positive experience.
