Had an issue with our phone and account and the staff was awesome in getting everything fixed. We joked and had a good time as things got completed during our account fix. We also upgraded one phone and the activation was the smoothest, and quickest ones we've ever experienced. The staff also walks EVERYONE out the door and thanks is for coming in...also something not found at other locations. Customer Service is top notch here.

When she was finally helped, the service rep replied to her, "Sure, and that will be another $29 to download your contacts again. You should have made sure you had all of your contacts before you left the store." Unbelievable and so angering to hear someone make a comment like that. How many of us would ever know that we had a contact missing, let alone a 91 yr old. They are clearly trying to rip off the elderly!
