When thry gave me the pieces all taken apart, they claimed it was all there. When I walked out, I saw that they'd kept the critical part, I walked back in, and their behavior was so dishonest, menacing, mocking and I saw it was truly not worth fighting with them. My wife had to upgrade her phone, my phone would not work with T-Mobile, therefore we had to buy 2 new phones. I wanted T-Mobile Internet but they could not get it to work on my computer. My laptop is 2 years old and we live 1 1/2 miles from this store. Instead of $50 a month, I pay $87 for another provider. The worst part is that my phone loses cellular service once 40 miles outside St. Louis. They say the phone is fine they don't know why I can't use it farther than 40-45 miles from St. Louis. They suggested letting Geek Squad look at it or buy a more expensive phone. It's been a nightmare and I'm going back to AT&T. The worst part, my wife screamed when I changed to T-Mobile to save money. Now $1000 later I'm going back to AT&T. Beware. I went to T-Mobile because they were big, but it did me NO good.

Christina from Arnold came over to assist. I waited an hour and a half before I was helped. Christina assisted me with my phone. She was very helpful and worked me to get the best solution possible for my situation. Whenever I am there I usually am helped by Monica.
