Good People but unhelpful. TERRIBLE product. I switched from A&T to T-Mobile to save money and immediately spent $1000 more. My wife had to upgrade her phone, my phone would not work with T-Mobile, therefore we had to buy 2 new phones. I wanted T-Mobile Internet but they could not get it to work on my computer. My laptop is 2 years old and we live 1 1/2 miles from this store. Instead of $50 a month, I pay $87 for another provider. The worst part is that my phone loses cellular service once 40 miles outside St. Louis. They say the phone is fine they don't know why I can't use it farther than 40-45 miles from St. Louis. They suggested letting Geek Squad look at it or buy a more expensive phone. It's been a nightmare and I'm going back to AT&T. The worst part, my wife screamed when I changed to T-Mobile to save money. Now $1000 later I'm going back to AT&T. Beware. I went to T-Mobile because they were big, but it did me NO good. read more

The store manager, Tyler was helpful and listened to our needs. I was impressed by his concern for the waiting customers in the store and offered chairs for them to sit down. He wanted to make sure all the customers felt welcomed and taken care of. Tyler was also assisting his customer service reps with their questions and issues. Unless you're buying something, the employees here are rude and don't care about helping you with a problem. I was told by a phone Customer Service Rep to return and unwanted wifi piece of equipment to my local Tmobile office. When I took it to this office, they refused to accept it. After telling them I was following the instructions from the initial call, they guy told me that I could leave it but they would still bill me for it. Arrogant, rude and condescending. And they blamed me for having the problem. read more
