There were NO parking spots open at the hotel, steak house or anywhere on the street. I parked at 7:30pm, in -11* windchill to ran across to pick up from the steakhouse..... 4 MONTHS LATER I get a summons for traffic court for trespassing! WTF? What a Petty, absurd frivolous way to make enemies in Hanover..... the parking lot was virtually empty, the wind chill was eleven degrees below zero, there were giant piles of snow everywhere. This store was CLOSED. I was NOT blocking or interfering in their business at all.....cheap shot from a petty little business. I expected better.....

We scheduled our appointment with Amanda who was extremely professional and knowledgeable and was very friendly and helpful. She took the time to review our account which was an older grandfathered plan, did a comparison and helped us save money which was very nice. Amanda also explained everything about our new phones so when we left we felt good using them. The store is very clean and well organized and comfortable ! We did a few other purchases on a charging base and a really cool speaker with Alexa. Brittany also jumped in and assisted with getting us going. She also was very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend stopping here for your Sprint needs, you will be impressed with the level of service provided. I wanted to get off a bundle iphone sharing because I joined it with my daughter, yet a man's name was on it instead of her name, so I wanted my own account. The Verizon employee said that the man would have to come to the store in person. I told him that he was wrong because it was originally authorized over the phone. He kept telling me, "In person, in the store!" I insisted he was wrong and told him I wanted to complain, and he said that he was the manager. Then he told me to get out of the store, and he threatened me with the police if I did not leave now as another man came walking over to give him support. I am a seventy-five year old lady and felt shaken and humiliated. Afterwards, I went to the Verizon store across from Festival Shopping Center, and they helped me get my new account then I bought a new updated phone.

Unfortunately, they were unable to fix the problem and told me I had to go through Apple, which I kind of expected. Even more unfortunate, the issue I'm having leaves me without a phone to use. The guy I talked to, Zach, let me borrow a phone in the meantime so I could still have a phone to use. I thought that was exceptional customer service. He really went above and beyond for me. Although he wasn't able to help me with my initial issue, Zach was able to still help me in some way. I used to use Verizon and I switched to T-Mobile because it was more affordable for me. Honestly, I'm so glad I switched because I have had nothing but wonderful customer service, especially from this location! I never got this from Verizon!
