Example: a few weeks ago we went to purchase a 6v lightbulb and were told it was $18. Today we went to purchase the same bulb, expecting to pay the outrageous price we had previously, but today it was only $7!! That's a pretty big difference. When my father told the male employee of our previous visit and pricing, we were taken aback when the man openly expressed his annoyance. He talked AT us as if we were lying. I wish I would've gotten this employee's name because he needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment, one I'm sure his higher-up would love to give him!

Everyone was cool, helpful and friendly. Somehow you feel more pressured in a big store when browsing compared to a much smaller place. At the same time, maybe since the staff aren't split up into departments, they all seem capable and knowledgable from product to checkout. I buy online mostly but I'm always happy to shop in person, though I'm sure Radio Shack doesn't seem cutting edge these days, they've still got the most obscure replacements for your stuff to some decent sales. For a huge selection, go to Amazon, but to fix something or feel comfortable making an easy return, I hope Radio Shack sticks around.
