Example: a few weeks ago we went to purchase a 6v lightbulb and were told it was $18. Today we went to purchase the same bulb, expecting to pay the outrageous price we had previously, but today it was only $7!! That's a pretty big difference. When my father told the male employee of our previous visit and pricing, we were taken aback when the man openly expressed his annoyance. He talked AT us as if we were lying. I wish I would've gotten this employee's name because he needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment, one I'm sure his higher-up would love to give him!

In the end, he got the printer up and running smoothly. Had a broken camera protector on my phone in which I initially thought was my actually camera…read morescreen was cracked. Friendly gentleman at the desk accommodated my request and he looked at it and assured me that it was just a protector that's broken. $15 for a 2 minute fix. That was great! He even threw in a free flexible screen protector since my old one is old and has some "leak" spots already. Assessed and installed in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.
