The handful of times my father and I have been to this establishment we have been overcharged or given the wrong product after we had given the exact specifications of what was needed. Example: a few weeks ago we went to purchase a 6v lightbulb and were told it was $18. Today we went to purchase the same bulb, expecting to pay the outrageous price we had previously, but today it was only $7!! That's a pretty big difference. When my father told the male employee of our previous visit and pricing, we were taken aback when the man openly expressed his annoyance. He talked AT us as if we were lying. I had my car inspected at Meineke in New Freedom. Told me my battery was only half life left. Bought it at Battery Plus. Went to Battery Plus they checked found no issue. Called Meineke and discovered they did not read the model pad and test accordingly. Such a Scam when you try to get Inspection. Battery Plus Manager is a great service person. Please don't buy a car battery from Batteries Plus. They will not honor their warranty. I decided to go and get a battery for my Jeep about 3 years ago. The battery was fine until the end of June 2024, when my Jeep went completely dead as I went to start it. I tried to jump it with a jump pack and it would not even turn on the dash lights with the battery connected. If I take the battery off it will start and run fine. I put my charger on the battery in recondition mode and left it on for about 36 hours. In the end, the machine gave me a battery error. Then I put it on charge and let it work for 24 hours. When I returned, the battery still only had a few volts. At that point, I looked at the date code and realized the battery was still under warranty. I took it to the Shrewsbury Battery Plus, where I originally bought the battery. I asked for a replacement and they stated they would have to try and charge the battery first. I explained I had already tried to charge and recondition the battery for over 2 days before I brought it in and I needed the use my Jeep. They said it was company policy and could not make an exception. I agreed and left the battery. I went back the next day and asked the manager for my replacement battery and was told the warranty would not apply to me because my battery was too dead. He said the battery had to be at least 80 percent charged to be covered under warranty. I said if the battery would charge to 80% I would not need a new one. I left without a battery. I spent 4 days fooling with their battery and still had to go across the street and buy a new battery from a reputable company. read more

I scheduled my appointment online to have a battery replaced in my iPhone when I arrived I was explained the cost, how long it would take and what to expect when charging the new battery. The sales person explained the warranty. The phone was completed in a timely manner, I was having issues with the charge, call them up they said to bring it back in and they would look at it and replace the battery if needed. It ended up just being some lint in the charging port they used the air can to clean it out and told me if I have any other issues to just bring it back.
