Anyway I manage the corporate Verizon account at work and for us it's a 30 day return on the phones. I just went through a nightmare at work because we returned 12 phones after the 30 days and they kept the phones and are still making us pay $8000 for them. This has been going on since July. Anyway I picked up the phone Dec 2 and thought I had the 30 day window. I went to return it on the 27th. Because someone else got them a better phone. The salesperson would not take it back sighting the 14 day rule. He told me that he told me this out loud when I picked up the phone. I'm sorry, he Is a liar. With what I just went through with the $8000 debacle, that would have stood out like a sore thumb had he said it. But nevertheless it is on my receipt. So now I am stuck with a $160 per month phone I don't need. I called customer service at Verizon who told me at Christmas time they extend returns until Jan 30, and to take it back to them. Customer Service called them and explained that and still they would not take it back. as an authorized reseller they don't have to cooperate with Verizon policies. Do NOT deal with these people, do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store in Bartonsville. At least they have to follow Verizon policy.

They gave me a hard time and also charge me a $70 restocking fee for restocking the phone that they misrepresented and lied about also, while I was in the store that day there was an older gentleman who came in with a problem with a phone. They were pretty much very, very rude to him and pretty much threw him out of the store, the man did not deserve that he just had a problem with his phone and was looking for somebody with some type of experience to fix it or guide him in the right direction. They were nasty to other customers while I was in the store waiting to return my phone and they abused me and lied to me about the phones capabilities of being transferred from one phone to the next I would not recommend this place. She was like "Oh it's a new thing T-Mobile is going doing, it comes with the phone. I'm over here thinking shit is free. Weeks later checks my T-Mobile app just to see she financed in my plan. Went back to put a complaint on May 1st 2023 around 3:35PM. They listened and weren't surprised. She stood there and played dumb and clueless on my face. I've been with T-Mobile since 2018, never misses a payment and I mind my business but to try to get over people to get commission is greedy and messed up.

I will be forever grateful to the wonderful people at Epoch IT. My laptop was hacked and I…read moresearched for computer services and saw Epoch listed. I called and the woman who answered (second ring, by the way, no long drawn-out introduction message) listened patiently and empathetically as I went on, and on, and on, about how embarrassed I was and I knew better, etc. She assured me Epoch would be happy to make it all better. No pressure or hype, just bring the laptop in and Epoch will take care of getting rid of any malicious software that the hackers loaded onto my hard drive. I did that and in less than 24 hours (yes, a little $$$ extra for expedited service) my laptop was clean as a whistle. Matt and Doo Yen were wonderful. So pleasant and patient which is exactly what I needed. This hacking event spurred me on to get a new desktop and Matt came and picked up both the old and the new desktop and brought it back the next day with all of my files loaded onto my new machine. Matt made it easy for me to access all of my files which is amazing if you've ever had to bring all of your files over from an old computer to a new one. I am up and running again (I work part time for a lawyer) and I feel assured my machines are clean and running at peak speed and Epoch turned a very stressful situation into a happy ending. Thank you Matt and Doo Yen for keeping my spirits up and saving the day!
