The employee didn't want to be bothered with me, when were no customers in the store, so I asked for a manager only to be told she was the manager. SO this is why I ended up in the Stroud mall, where I have to say I had the best experience I've ever had with AT&T and I was hesitant to go after my experience in Bartonsville two weeks prior. Matt Mancini was working and I want to say how helpful he was. He went over my data usage with me and answered all my questions. He also went over a few changes to make my bill a little more affordable for me. I left the store feeling like I accomplished something, that my questions were answered and overall happy that I went there. So thank you Matt for all your help! I truly appreciated it!

Anyway I manage the corporate Verizon account at work and for us it's a 30 day return on the phones. I just went through a nightmare at work because we returned 12 phones after the 30 days and they kept the phones and are still making us pay $8000 for them. This has been going on since July. Anyway I picked up the phone Dec 2 and thought I had the 30 day window. I went to return it on the 27th. Because someone else got them a better phone. The salesperson would not take it back sighting the 14 day rule. He told me that he told me this out loud when I picked up the phone. I'm sorry, he Is a liar. With what I just went through with the $8000 debacle, that would have stood out like a sore thumb had he said it. But nevertheless it is on my receipt. So now I am stuck with a $160 per month phone I don't need. I called customer service at Verizon who told me at Christmas time they extend returns until Jan 30, and to take it back to them. Customer Service called them and explained that and still they would not take it back. as an authorized reseller they don't have to cooperate with Verizon policies. Do NOT deal with these people, do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store in Bartonsville. At least they have to follow Verizon policy.

Ordering is simple and can be done directly on their website. You can pick the meat, size, and delivery date. If you have any other needs, you can add them to the notes section and they will do their best to accommodate reasonable requests. We placed our order 2 weeks before our event and the pig arrived on the Thursday before our weekend roast. The pig was wrapped and packaged with care. It was still frozen and easy to thaw. We followed the clear directions and placed the pig in a cooler with ice. The pig was thoroughly cleaned and there was very little prep work that we had to do prior to placing the pig onthe firepit. We ordered a 50lb pig, and the pig we recieved was the perfect weight. We had Stryker Farm remove the feet and butterfly the pig for is. The pig cooked like a dream. It was very delicious! We will continue to order our pigs from them in the future.

Tried calling, now closed during the week even though I was told in Oct that they would be open thru out the winter. Omission of details is still lying. I called my credit card to start the chargeback process, found another company to deliver. Ordered on a Monday, delivered on Thursday. But guess what, now suddenly Floods deivered their order. No calls, no communications. Again, something has changed. Please be aware and get everything in writing and be prepared for legal path if contract is not fullfilled. Horrible experience and will no longer do any business with this unprofessional company.

I made a joke about what would happen if I left it on the counter - would they chase me into the parking lot? The owner and staff became very aggressive after that and the experience deteriorated fast. First, the staffer didn't scan all my returns and kept insisting something was missing. Even though I told her she was wrong, she wouldn't check the items herself. I had to reach over the counter and show her that there were 3 items, not 2. No apology for her mistake. Then I stood waiting politely for my receipt. And waiting. The owner then slapped it on my box, which I found incredibly rude. I tore it off because I did not want to have to keep the box as my receipt. I wanted to recycle it. I told him he had no business putting something on my box. He said "that's how we do it here." Yeah, right. I told him to pretend I didn't have a box and give me a receipt. Then he handed me a receipt without a backing, so I was holding a sticky label. I asked him what I was supposed to do with it. He just stared at me. I told him I wasn't going to leave without a receipt that had a backing (so it was usable). Now there are people waiting behind me, so he finally printed something out and put the non sticky backing on my receipt, something that should have been done from the outset. Really not great customer service just because I made a bad joke. I will use a different store the next time I have to return something.
