Just left the store on 15th and Lewis. An associate named Ada had an attitude and was less than helpful when I asked if she would hold a phone so I could get the box to exchange the phone I got yesterday. She told me no. Thanks, Ada. Your customer service is top notch. If you can find a franchise store, the employees are much nicer than in corporate stores. Also, if you need them to hold a product for you, they're happy to do so for 24 hours, unlike Ada at the 15th and Lewis store. read more

Herd of employees at door to help you. Smug young person said my phone turned itself off because I had not reset my phone that week. I said I had had the phone for years and had never reset it. She looked at me like I was senile. When it finally came on and immediately turned off again, she looked a little less smug. She decided my on and off button was not working right and naturally the only cure was a new $600 phone. read more

Shame on the customer representative Keonna for taking advantage of my father. Keonna told my father that his phone would blow up if he didn't purchase a new phone. So she sold him iPhone XR my father had an iPhone 6 Plus that he doesn't know how to use. Then Keonna added another phone line to account, which my father was not aware of! I called AT&T the representative on the phone couldn't explain to me why or who added another phone line so the the additional phone line was disconnected. I went to AT&T after I got off work, only to become more frustrated with Keonna's lack of understanding and her slick ways of selling. She's a salesperson I get it but you met the right daughter today. I hope your parents are never taken advantage of. Your fast talk didn't work. You met a woman with education and experience. The fact that AT&T has already been sued for doing exactly what you did today add fear to an already fearful nation and you took advantage of an elderly man. Not on my watch! read more

On 3/1/21 I was asked by AT&T mobility department to present to a local AT&T store to return 2 new Apple 12 I phones sent to me as a promotion package to switch my wireless service from T mobile to AT&T after I decided to cancel the offer. The enticing promotion package included a $400 visa credit , 5 G connectivity, as well as an AT&T tech who would come to my residence to activate the new I phones. The offer sounded very appealing indeed, particularly with an AT&T tech to come to help activate our new I phones. We opened the package of new I phones sent to us and charged the new I phones while awaiting the AT&T tech who never showed up on the date and time specified. It turned out that the customer service rep who offered the promotion deal never set this up as he promised. Instead we were asked by another AT&T service rep to port out my account from T mobile to AT&T and to activate the phones ourselves. Frustrated by the unkept promise from AT&T, we decided to cancel this order. AT the AT&T store at 1404 S. Lewis Ave, Tulsa, my frustration led to anger when the sales manager, Kyle Emler, had us waited in the car for more than one and a half hour, deleted our name on appointment screen stating that we never answered his call nor text messages (both were not received by us). We were like fools sitting in the car to be called. Worse, we were told that we never responded when the rep inside waved at us(which we never knew). Sad to say, this is how this AT&T managed its customers! To add insult to injury, Kyle charged us $55 restocking fee for returning the new I Phones simply because we opened the box and removed the plastic wrapping of the phones - we charge the new phones while we awaited for the AT&T tech who never came. I have called AT&T to file a complaint on the customer service rep who offered us this deal to us. I am also expressing my frustration dealing with Kyle at this store. I have been asked by AT&T n ow to go to another store to get a refund of $55, failing which I will certainly present the case to BBB of this aberrant business practice. This store is seriously the BEST AT&T store in Tulsa. They are always well staffed, you are greeted at the door and know exactly how long your wait time is. All of the sales staff are very knowledgeable and kind and the Manager is really attentive and helpful! We just switched our phones over to AT&T and this store hooked us up with all kinds of discounts and helpful tips! They took their time with us and made sure we understood everything. They even set our phones up and put our screen protectors on! My cousin switched over to AT&T as well, but went to a different store. They didn't even tell him about the ongoing promotions they were having, they didn't tell him he could trade his old phone in, they didn't even offer him a screen protector at a bundled price for his new service! As if that wasn't enough, my ZAGG glass screen protector cracked and I ordered a new one. Since AT&T did such a great job putting my last one on, I called the AT&T by my work at 96th and Riverside, to see if they would replace it for me. They were very rude and stated that I would have to do it myself since they didn't offer that service. So, I called the one by 15th and Lewis and sure enough, no problem, just come on in and they'll be more than happy to help. Now THAT is service! I will never go to another AT&T store again! These guys are really just the best store in town! read more

$5 for a sim card (!!!???) -- and if you submit a negative review to AT&T, it will be "moderated"; i.e., thrown away. So don't bother. At the end of December 2017, I activated my third iPhone in 2 weeks at 15th and Lewis in Tulsa. The first two were activated with two guys who didn't charge me $5 for a sim card and who didn't ask me all kinds of questions. The third was a woman who asked me all kinds of questions and informed me that I had to pay $5.42 for a sim card. AND I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF WHATEVER THEY CALLED THEIR COMPANY FOR 22 YEARS. When I remarked that I never had to do that before - not even a week ago - she said the last two guys must have been nice (I guess implying that she wasn't, and she was right). So if you go here, ask for a guy to help you, and you'll have at least a 66% chance of getting someone nice. read more

Purchased a new iPhone 6s Plus at this store last week. The employee was very nice and willing to explain features and the setup of the phone only took a few minutes. The inside of the store looks great and has plenty of open space. It was a very good experience. read more
