They were trying to charge me to tape it on the box but they have sleeves that the return label can fit in and sticks to box. Instead he tells me he won't take ten like that and I need to pay to have them use 1, maybe 2 little pieces of tape. I had my own, but they are so rude how they address you, especially if you look under 30. Just rude, bad employees with horrible rules and procedures. When I went in to pick up the order it wasn't exactly correct and rather than reprinting the entire order I just asked for 10% off for inconvenience I was told I couldn't get one because I was already given a discount because of the bulk discount I had already received. With that I said, please don't reprint, let's just hole punch or staple whichever is easiest for you, I was told hole punch would be easiest because they had a drill. OK let's do that, that was even ruined. This was a one time experience which I'm still not happy with however I would return. I would always recommend a sample print prior to a big print request.
