But the real test came when my phone spent too much time in a toilet bowl. It was completely fried. I didn't think there was any hope. No one--the Apple Store, Best Buy or Consumer Cellular would help. I took it to Nathan at Mr. Phone at 10:30 in the morning. I kept checking back and he kept saying he needed more time. He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. If you have a phone issue, save yourself some time and go straight to Mr. Phone. You won't be disappointed!

Incompetent and liars. Took my PS3 into repair and they…read moresaid it could take some time. No rush I thought. Dropped it off Jan 23rd. Just called today in APRIL for them to tell me why they haven't updated me. They claim they were going to call "two days ago" but got "busy." Apprantly they fried the motherboard during the attempted repair, bricking the system. All they had to say was "oopsie" and that it's unrepairable. So the console was able to read DvDs and ps2 games before drop, is now not powering on and disc drive is unstable. Sounds like to me like they have no professional experience in handling updating repairs or taking ownership with causing more damage to a device. STAY AWAY if you want any decent repairs.

The same tech now wants to charge me to replace the one he didn't install correct to begin with. He said it was his company policy. He had already been disappointed when he bought one online for his new phone and it didn't fit, so we weren't sure they had one for the newly released version of his phone. The gentleman running the stand was very helpful, and almost a perfectionist. He applied and removed two different brands of screen covers before he found the perfect fit with the third. He took extra time making sure it was applied correctly and getting all the air bubbles out. Fun watching the kids nearby play Xbox kinect while we waited.
