I tried to use them and they were both declined. I called the 611 number, and the person told me to go back to T Mobile to get help as she could not help me over the phone. I went into T Mobile and the man that greeted me asked what I needed and I told him I needed help with the debit cards I received. His response to me very rudely was, "we are not a bank, this is T Mobile"! I took the T Mobile debit cards out and put them on the desk and he said we don't deal with these cards here; you need to call the 611 number. His attitude was anything but professional and I told him I did call the 611 number, he then pushed the cards toward me and said, we can't help you with that! Then why do customers receive these cards if they can't be used? Another customer service person (Samii) stepped in, and she tried to see if she could be of assistance. She was very polite and she tried to see if the cards could be used elsewhere. I asked her if I could just apply the balance on the cards to my next month's bill, which I'm assuming that is what they want you to do in the first place. I would not recommend T Mobile because of the attitude of the man that first waited on me. I hope he isn't the manager, poor customer service!!

I've found out of late they usually have more than enough service advisors available to attend to everyone promptly. I'm glad that I did finally transition from At&t to Verizon and especially satisfied with this Verizon retailer.

As of today, I have been into Watertown, SD T-Mobile store 3 days in a row still without a new plan or phone. I have spent over 6 hours in T-Mobile over the span of 3 days. The employee I was working with on 12-26-23 had an account setup, but it was not the plan that I wanted and was not able to have my phone registered and setup because "Their system was down". The employee informed me to stop by on 12-27-23 and speak with a manager to get the phone registered. I stopped on 12-27 and briefly saw the manager (Ryan Dewitt) as he said he would be right back... 1 hour later and never to be seen again. I was working with other employees (Timothy and Alpha) who were newer trying to setup a plan for me. Both had questions for the manager who would not help them. While waiting an hour... I saw another customer come into the store and were looking around. They were told the wait could be a long time unless the manager came out to help them. The manager (Ryan) never came out of his office. Those customers left. Timothy informed me that the training was not very well put together for setting up phone plans and the Ipad setup software was very glitchy and not working. Timothy and Alpha were very apologetic and wanted to help. I am very disappointed with the manager (Ryan) for not putting a customer first and lying about (being right back) after an hour. Tim the owner was able to replace the screen just like new and fully functional. I'm still impressed. He's very particular of doing a good job and if can't fix it he'll let you know, but I would say his success rate is quite high and wouldn't not hesitate one second to recommend him and this location.
