I switched to T Mobile earlier in the year and as part of the promotion I was told I would receive…read morea 2 debit cards to be used at any retailer. I tried to use them and they were both declined. I called the 611 number, and the person told me to go back to T Mobile to get help as she could not help me over the phone. I went into T Mobile and the man that greeted me asked what I needed and I told him I needed help with the debit cards I received. His response to me very rudely was, "we are not a bank, this is T Mobile"! I took the T Mobile debit cards out and put them on the desk and he said we don't deal with these cards here; you need to call the 611 number. His attitude was anything but professional and I told him I did call the 611 number, he then pushed the cards toward me and said, we can't help you with that! Then why do customers receive these cards if they can't be used? Another customer service person (Samii) stepped in, and she tried to see if she could be of assistance. She was very polite and she tried to see if the cards could be used elsewhere. I asked her if I could just apply the balance on the cards to my next month's bill, which I'm assuming that is what they want you to do in the first place. I would not recommend T Mobile because of the attitude of the man that first waited on me. I hope he isn't the manager, poor customer service!!

I purchased a new phone online with Verizon and was told this was nearest place I could pick up…read morephone. So I drive over and the phone was ready but for "some reason" the Verizon system wouldnt update and so she couldn't activate and give me the phone. So, after speaking to her district manager, she asks me to come back in 30 minutes. First of all, I just spent $700, the order was placed last night and she and her district manager somehow believe that it is ok to make the customer wait for the product. So, attempting to be gracious, I return after 40 minutes. Still the problem persists. So, after another 15 minutes of excuses, she contacts district manager again. So after some more excuses and fumbling around, I informed the young girl that if she cannot take care of the problem, I am canceling the sale. Now the incompetent district manager desides to attempt to resolve the issue. This fool should have been working to resolve the issue as soon as it cropped up when I arrived. As promised, I left. I drive the hour back home. Called Verizon to cancel the order. The Verizon agent contacts the store and she admitted to the Verizon agent she was new and doesn't know what she is doing and has to rely on the incompetent district manager. Now this is an 2.5 hours after I arrived and the they still were too stupid and incompetent to resolve the issue. Dont waste your time going there. They have no commitment to customer service and even the district manager has no clue about how to activate a phone after the sale. A complete waste of my time. Do make the same mistake.
