    They sold me on the WiFi and new phones and iPads. Customer service is unbelievably terrible. Like they don't even care if your in need.

    If I could give a negative star I would. I had contact Xfinity for internet service because it…read morewasn't included in my maintenance fees. When the building obtained service through another carrier it included internet so I canceled my Xfinity service. Xfinity sent me a bill for $201.25 for a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee? I never signed a contract or agreed to a contract. Now, since I have not paid that fee they sent the amount due to collections and it dropped my credit score by 38 points. This company takes advance of people. Has everyone else experienced this with Xfinity as I am considering speaking to an attorney regarding filling a class action lawsuit.

However, my vote for the absolute worst company is Xfinity also known as Comcast. Xfinity provided the worst customer support, if you can even reach them by phone which is a nightmare in and of itself. If you choose to leave a message for them to call you back instead of holding on for two hours listening to the same 8 bars of musical drivel, good luck, because you probably won't get that call back in your lifetime. But it gets worse, much worse. When my development switched phone service and wifi to Hot Wire in December, Xfinity still charged me for the services I was NO longer receiving even though I TOLD them to end the service. I still had Xfinity cable tv. It was a real pain in the you know what, but I finally went to the Xfinity store and straightened it out with them. Xfinity owed ME money but they would only give me credit, NOT a refund of money. I would have been ripped off and I'm sure lots of their former customers have been ripped off by giving them credit they can't possibly collect because .... they no longer have their service. Fortunately, or unfortunately for me, I still had Xfinity cable tv service so the credit was eventually used. But ... When my development went with Hot Wire completely, and Hot Wire offered tv services, the contract with Xfinity was terminated. I paid what I hoped would be my LAST Xfinity bill and returned all their equipment to the Xfinity store. Finally, I thought the nightmare was over. Not so fast Pilgrim. I continued to get BILLS from them even though my service was now completely terminated and the equipment returned. It is now March 20 and I got yet another bill for $34. Beware. Xfinity is like a case of malignant tuberculosis with malaria on top. I told my bank not to pay any requests for money from Xfinity. So far so good.

    Poor customer experience at MetroPCS 1195 Royal Palm Beach Blvd…read more Not acknowledged when entering storefront. No information provided regarding return policy or warranty upon request, employee denies knowledge, unable to provide contract or contact information for third party insurer. No diagnostic testing capability, not trained to check function of phone. When another employee asks if I received help, employee states, "I know why they're here, they are fine." Dismissive demeanor. No receipt provided for transaction. Receipt requested via mail/email. Request denied, employee says, "come into store." Does not state activation fee will be required to link new phone to existing account, no fee transparency. When asked to transfer contacts, sales associate says, "yeah, we'll see if I'm able to." Sales associate consistently demonstrates incompetence, negligence, and hostility. Corroborated by the account of family members and friends who also attempted to negotiate with employee in person and via phone. Able to provide employee name, time and date of visit, time of multiple unanswered attempts to contact storefront, and time of answered phone call/ denial of receipt transmission upon request. Will submit review to every review platform, and will file complaint with BBB regarding denial of receipt of purchase, and lack of fee transparency. Will submit written complaint to MetroPCS customer relations POC. Phone belonging to elderly family member, no alternate phone, unable to drive, nor visit store to pick up receipt. New phone non operational day after purchase, message stating phone needs a part installed, phone owner unable to contact store, unable to contact family members, neighbors, or emergency contacts during this time. This MetroPCS store location services vulnerable elderly customers primarily, unconscionable that this level of difficulty is assumed in routine sales practice.
