My 74 year old very PATIENT aunt went to this store because she has purchased multiple iPhones from them. Unfortunately, they do not have customer SERVICE skills. All my aunt needed was to have someone attach her iPhone to her email account. I called them specifically so they could understand her needs because she is not technology savvy. After the customer service rep said she would not do it for security reasons (EVERY phone PURCHASE I have ever made sets up your email account-- is it not private then?) Then the manager, Lindsey, said she would do me this favor once, it took her less than 1 minute to attach the email account and be done. She made me feel like we inconvenienced her, her team, her store, her entire life really. Does no one recognize anymore that it is a good idea to treat elders with respect so hopefully someone will treat your elder with kindness and respect? Lindsey made sure to tell me that her SALES reps did not have the time to take care of stupid little things while on the SALES floor. Moral of this ATT's store is we will sell it to you but forget about servicing you or taking care of you after you give us your money! HORRIBLE people! read more

They sold me on the WiFi and new phones and iPads. Customer service is unbelievably terrible. Like they don't even care if your in need.

Another wasted day, "Pat" called me for an appointment today (Tueday 13) I work nights so I worked last night and got up early to try to solve the 6 month on going problem, I'm glad I set my hopes low because with ATT that is the only way to keep your sanity. I was on my way to Verizon to change services only to find out they were closed. I went ahead and stopped in AT&T corporate store again to see if they would help me out. I did visit 2 stores on Friday, May 29 and unfortunately left without a phone and a lot of bad information. Luckily for me William Jackson answered the door and took care of my needs extremely fast. He was hardly a salesman, more of a friend. I feel like he met and exceeded all of my needs which is why I am still a customer at AT&T. Thank you William read more

If I could give negative stars, I would. I've been an AT&T customer for over 25 years and my father worked for AT&T/Bellsouth for 33 years. I had Directv transferred to my new house last July and due to circumstances, I had to sign up for a 12 month agreement. This was no big deal at the time, but I noticed my bill jumped up almost $30 for no reason. I went to the same AT&T store I always have and met with Erik Henderson a sales representative. I noticed they were advertising 1st Responder discounts and I'm a first responder. Erik looked at our existing Directv account and stated that we only had 4 months left on our agreement and that seemed odd, so I asked if he could confirm the amount of time left on our agreement and again he said 4 months which equates to $20 per month. A total of $80 for early cancellation. Erik stated if I switch to AT&T Uverse, he would give me the better discounts and a $100 Visa card. I decided to take the deal. After less than 20 days, I received a bill for $240 from Directv. After contacting Erik several times, even through text message, he stated that he remembered tell me that we only had 4 months left on our plan. I contacted Directv directly and they even talked to Erik while I waited on hold. When the Directv representative came back on the line, they even confirmed that Erik noticed that we only had 4 months left on the plan and made notes in the system. Directv wouldn't bring the amount owed for early cancellation down to $80 and Erik or his supervisor wouldn't give us an additional Visa credit card to cover their mixup. After getting my legal services involved and being sent to collections, Erik, his supervisor, and Directv refuses to make this right, and Erik even tried to claim that we didn't tell him that we signed up for a longer plan which is no where near what happened at the store. It's a shame that Directv and AT&T has resorted to scamming their customers. I wish I had looked up the reviews for this location prior to entering. I would have just called Directv and worked with them to figure out what happened to my bill. Very disappointed and fell like the sales people at this location are involved in scams, and it's just going to cause AT&T customers to go elsewhere. read more

AT&T are thieves. I cancelled my account within 10 days of service because of lies and deceit. I had a 30 day window to cancel without an early termination. A month later.......they go into my account and pull out $476 without emailing to asking. And on a Friday night. Now my account is in the negative. AT&T says they can mail a check to cover it.....what about my bounce fees. AT&T is a bunch of liars and criminals. I'm going to see about getting a lawyer and Sue them. I'm also going to post anywhere and everywhere Facebook Instagram and Twitter and everywhere I can about how bad they are so that Maybe they lose.some customers as well. It's WAR. read more

I came in at 7:40 the store closes at 9 and the employees literally did everything possible to just get me to leave. They even said I could save $100 but not today, I had to wait till tomorrow and come all the way back there. I even said I don't care about saving the $100 yet.. No new phone read more

I went in today to get a new phone had the most amazing experience that I have ever had. Usually this task is quite daunting but a young man named John helped me out and was so helpful ! He genuinely wanted me to find the perfect phone for my needs while also finding me the perfect plan! No annoying last minute surprises on my bill , no bullshit. read more
