I am reaching out regarding a serious issue involving my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra following repairs performed at the authorized Samsung repair provider, uBreakiFix in Royal Palm Beach, Florida. On April 29, 2026, I brought my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra to uBreakiFix for a back glass replacement. Aside from the damaged rear glass, the phone was fully functional with no operational problems whatsoever. I specifically chose this repair location because they represented themselves as an authorized Samsung repair center using OEM Samsung parts and procedures. I paid approximately $110 for the repair and was advised that the device would undergo testing before being returned to me. When I picked the phone up, I immediately noticed one side of the replacement back glass appeared slightly raised and not fully flush with the frame. I questioned the technician about this concern before leaving the store and was specifically told that this was "normal" because replacement glass would not fit exactly like a factory-installed panel. Trusting the expertise of an authorized Samsung repair facility, I accepted that explanation. Over the next two weeks, the same raised area progressively worsened until the back glass began visibly separating from the frame of the phone. I returned to the store and showed them the issue. At that point, I was informed that the separation was not normal and they agreed to repair it under warranty. I left the device with them again, and shortly afterward was told the repair had been corrected and the phone had been fully tested. Unfortunately, later that same day, the exact same side began separating again. After continuing to use the phone during normal daily activities, the loose back glass eventually caught on my pocket while removing the device. Earlier that day I had been exercising outdoors and sweating. Shortly afterward, the phone stopped powering on completely. Before returning the device to the store, I documented the condition of the phone on video because I was concerned about the repeated repair failures and wanted proof of the device's condition prior to surrendering it again. When I returned to uBreakiFix, I was initially assured the issue would be handled under warranty. However, after waiting several hours, I was informed the warranty claim had been denied due to alleged water damage. I explained that this was the same device that had already undergone two failed repair attempts involving the improperly sealed back glass. One technician stated that the phone had arrived sealed and that there was no way moisture could have entered because they had to use a hot plate to remove the back glass. This directly conflicted with the visible separation issues I had already documented. When I requested to speak with a supervisor or manager, I was initially told there was no supervisor available and that I would need to contact corporate myself. Multiple employees then reiterated that the warranty was void due to water damage, despite the documented history of the back glass repeatedly separating after their repairs. At no point was meaningful consideration given to whether the failed seal and repeated repair issues contributed to the device failure. As a long-time Samsung customer, this experience has been extremely disappointing. I trusted an authorized repair provider expecting professional workmanship and accountability. Instead, I have been left with a non-functioning device after multiple failed repair attempts. I respectfully request that Verizon/Samsung review this matter and assist with a fair resolution, including a review of the repair history, workmanship, and warranty denial. (Terrible Experience - Avoid This Place) I brought my laptop in for repair with half the screen still working. After running a diagnostic, they told me the only issue was the screen and that it just needed to be replaced. I waited nearly a month for the part to arrive, and only after all that time did I get a call saying the problem was actually "something internal." So after paying $150 for inspection and repair, I was told I'd only get half my money back ($60). In the end, I got my laptop back in worse condition than when I dropped it off--the screen doesn't turn on at all now and never got my refund after calling multiple times and then saying we're re-processing it and it would take "a few business days" they will give you the run around over and over again. This place is completely unprofessional and feels like a scam. They wasted my time, took my money, and returned my device in worse shape. I would strongly advise anyone to stay far away from this business and all there stores. If ur a person that wants the work done properly and not done by amateurs SPEND A LITTLE MORE and just go to Best Buy or somewhere else please. read more

My absolute favorite place to go when my electronics need repair. I have been going to UbreakIfix for months and they are quick even with a long line. Their prices are extremely reasonable. The staff are very friendly. They are accurate with the estimated amount of time the repairs will take and I have never had an issue at UbreakIfix on sr7. I highly recommend coming to this location. Brought an iPad with a broken screen here. They replaced the screen for me but it never worked right. Touching certain parts of the screen would get no response. I brought it in several times for them to get it right but they never did. Now a little over a year later, the iPad is done. Stay away! The screen has a complete mind of its own. I thought this place would save me some money because getting a new screen from Apple would have been almost as much as buying a new iPad. Now I have to buy a new iPad anyway after wasting money on a repair here. I only have myself to blame, I always tell everyone I know to bring your Apple devices to the Apple Store for repairs. One of the worst repair experiences I've ever had. Took 3 weeks to fix a simple iPad screen, with constant lies about part orders and delays. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and refused to offer any discount despite the inconvenience. I had to drive there twice for nothing, and they even broke the case I brought my iPad in with. Communication was awful, and honestly, the iPad worked better cracked than after their "repair." Avoid this location at all costs. read more

I have given this business a chance but they have fallen short. Samsung referred me here for a warranty repair on my S20fe. The initial consultation was not great, a lovely woman was helping me at the counter while the man young working at the counter kept interrupting her like she was not capable of helping. She took the phone to the back, the tech told her it needed a new motherboard and that she'd call me in 2-3 days when it arrived. Called a week later, was told "one more day" Another week went by, was told "one more day" Called Monday, believe it or not, was told "one more day"!!!!!! Just so unprofessional. read more

Damaged it during the soldering process (This was confirmed by an employee while reading the notes) They don't give truthful repair times. Manager is non existent. I brought my iPad with a broken glass. They charged $200 to replace it. When i went to pick up my iPad the broke the home button. Had to leave my iPad. They call for pick up and was not ready again. Now they replaced the home button with a different home button not the one my iPad uses with finger print reader. They broke the LCD and left garbage inside the glass. Corporate laddy has been trying to help my but the district manager wants me to bring my iPad for repairs with non original cheap parts. I rather loose my money that go back to this store. Is a joke. Stay away from this store. Dont go to this location. I witness when they told another customer they dont use original parts and it was a take it or leave it situation. I was very pleased with the service I received from Cliff. He repaired my Samsung S7 Edge screen quickly and professionally. He thoroughly tested my phone before returning it to me. The repair was also covered by my Verizon service agreement because this company is an authorized Samsung repair Center. All in all I was very satisfied with Cliff and UbreakIfix. P.S. I was told they are NOT an authorized Apple repair center. So although they repair iPhones, I would take mine directly to Apple or an authorized Apple repair center. read more

Worst service ever. I have been calling for a week to just get an estimate for my laptop screen and I sent emails with everything. A guy called Demetery keeps telling to calling in a hour or next day without an answer because he is either busy , system down or because he is too busy to answer my question. From Asurion I have had nothing but heart ache with this company. They put in the wrong claim for the wrong screen first off. Then the store could not fix and said it was the customer who needs to get it fixed. Called Asurion and they stated the store was incorrect that that doesn't matter since it was the same phone. Even had a 3 way call with Asurion and youbreakIfix ( they are the same company by the way) Then 3 days later they store said they would help. One employee did but they did not work on the phone when they said they would. The phone could not be fixed because they said the port was bad because of rain. They needed a 25 dollar part and they were going to charge me even though they messed up (as a company) Needless to say Customer service in the world has gone down. Just want money and don't care regardless if it was a companies fault or not. RUN! read more

I went in telling them specifically what part needed to be replaced on my iPhone. I had done the tests myself and knew exactly what was required I just needed them to replace the part. They quoted me about $105 and I said perfect. I was originally told it would be done in 1-2 days and it was a fairly simple fix. 2 days later I get a call that the part they received was the wrong part, that's not my gripe as it happens nothing they can do about that. Then the employee says they will most likely receive the part that same day and he would call me back, and of course never got a call. Then 4 days later I get a call that my phone is unrepairable and they can't fix it. After they agreed to what was needed and telling me they got the wrong part in. The whole process was a waste of time and I would not recommend this service to anyone who needs a competent repair. Maybe a screen replacement or something simple but anything beyond that I would leave it with these guys. read more

The gentleman there promised forty-eight hours to run some tests to see why my browsers and games are crashing. I had to call every day for the first two days because there was no follow-up nor updates, until the third day when I was told that they had not even gotten started with whatever memory test they were running. I told them my laptop needed a new battery too and that they could price out a new one for me, so I was giving them another opportunity to earn some business. I called them right before closing on the fourth day after receiving my computer. They could not find anything wrong in the "memory test" they had finally gotten around to running, and they did not have a price for me on a new laptop battery. Almost no follow-up, they made no opportunity to earn my business, and it took twice as long as they had promised to not even find what the problem with my computer was. No one took responsibility, no one cares, and I had to just take my laptop to find a local guy to fix it. read more

THEY PRETEND TO CARE AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, BUT DON'T TRUST THEM! I'm actually disgusted to find out the people at this location would lie to paying customers. Remember your customers keep your doors open. I went here to get my screen fixed, they did it and everything worked for a bit. Come to find out months later, they replaced my screen with a shitty non-authorized screen. You are supposed to be a reputable location and I find out from another ubreakifix that you actually lied to me. To top it off, the other location pointed out that my phone was missing screws. The phone is in great condition and not dropped, but the shitty screen you provided and claimed was a quality screen stopped working randomly. The funny thing is I actually went back to this location and almost trusted them again. They were very willing to take my money again and not come clean about what they did. So glad I found out the truth. NEVER again. I truly hope this review saves someone else from trusting this location. They are even an authorized location to go to with your phone insurance....... Bad idea, because you'll wind up dumping more money into the phone for a temporary fix and more problems. Frauds! I think what makes me mad is I feel defrauded by this.
