That's the part that I could feel would be a test of trust. I gave us my computer putting my faith I would get it back better or at least without its memory wiped. they called the next day and said the hard drive wasn't really repairable and that they could put in a new solid-state. They said they would do their best to transfer all data. Cut to 3 days later. Computer was back to fast,, tons of memory and everything was transferred. Amazing. I'm sure they cant fix every problem, but they fixed mine.

We were both running on Samsung Galaxy S3's..so it's been a couple of years since we got new phones. To our dismay, our store associate, Mike A. Jones, told us that AT&T no longer offers free phones with upgrades. However, he was able to look into our account and realized that we were on a legacy plan which wasn't saving us any money! He switched us to the new plan with more data, tossed in the two new phones (Galaxy 6'), and in the end, our bill will be comparable to what I was currently paying. I always love when sales associates find the best deals for customers even if it means that it won't affect their commission much. That was awesome. Mike was also kind enough to transfer over my mother's photos from her old phone (she only had about 500) to the new one when that service is typically not offered. So, in the end my mom and I got: 2 Galaxy 6', 2 protective cases, and 1 screen protector (which Mike so graciously installed onto my phone). All in all...this was a long visit to the store. SO GLAD that they have chairs and tables in the store! However, Mike's friendly and non-overbearing nature made the upgrade process smooth. Just wish that this could be my AT&T store home, but I live in MD and mom lives about 45min away from this location!

Older plans do not qualify after the store manager and employee's tell you it does qualify. Don't believe them, ATT will bill you a larger amount and will not stand by the store!

Immediately outside the store was a kiosk selling all sorts of accessories for numerous brands of mobile phones. While I was looking for a black or gray phone case, which they did not have, I settled for a blue one. The rep, whose name was Chilli, expertly removed my damaged screen protector, cleaned the screen, and placed a tempered glass protector. He did the same for the case protector. I was done in less than 5 minutes, mission accomplished. Highly recommend this as an alternative to Apple Store for your Apple compatible accessories.

I came in with a phone that had a small crack in the front left corner, and a spider crack on the back. I needed it fixed simply for a trade in with my own cell phone service provider, who requires the phone to be in perfect working condition. Moe "claimed" that he repaired it by replacing the front and back of the phone. After waiting for 30 minutes, he handed me a completely different phone, stating that it was mine; he had just switched out the back to another color. I knew it was a lie, but I didn't feel like the hassle. After I left the store, I remembered that I had my old memory card left in my old phone, so I called him the next day to retrieve it. He goes and gets my old phone that he claimed he only replaced the body out on and hands it to me. It's bad enough that you try to get over on people, but don't be so stupid to realize that sometimes some of those people might be law enforcement or undercover officers. In my line of work, I a lot of shady people, so handling an unscrupulous person like this would not be hard to do. To top it off, he got smart and mad with me because I pulled his trick card. This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones.
