I have been using wireless zone for a number of years. They have been in Boca for a long time. I don't have great phones very much and I usually don't need services very much of other individuals but each time that I have upgraded over the last 10 years I have gone to this location and I have been treated very well by the younger generation who works there. They treat senior citizens with respect and they take their time to explain things so we can understand properly and make good decision decisions. This past week was no different. My wife and I walked to upgrade our iPhone 12 Pro to the 17 Pro and the good individuals of this location easily able to explain the best plans for us and within an hour we were upgraded and out of the shop. In today's world, it's not always easy to find younger people with empathy and understanding of some of your constraints, possibly. Wireless zone has taken care of us tremendously well over the years and granted not everything is perfect but really what is perfect.? I will continue to patronize wireless zone. They take good care of their customers for the most part. read more

Unfortunately I now live closest to the location on congress in Boynton beach..Dont go there! I drove 30 minutes to go back to this location to get the assistance that I was looking for. If I could give 0 stars I would. I walked in here with my husband this past Sunday in search of a family plan for our kids husband and myself. We just moved from Boston so we all had Massachusetts numbers. My husband was in his own plan while myself was in my mother's old plan. As we explained this to the guy there he automatically shut us down and said we couldn't get new service without transferring our phones but we wanted a new family plan with Florida numbers. So Verizon doesn't want new customers. BS is what I call this customer service. So we went to the mall where we got superb customer service at AT&T by the manager and Christian. If you're anything like me, you'd think that going to a retailer in person would make the process of getting a new phone quicker but if you're thinking about going through this Verizon store, you're better off just ordering it yourself. 5/23/17 - Below is the text of my one-star review from 2014. The new owner, Scott, took the time to comment on my 3 year old review that he was changing the way everything was done. Impressed, when my phone broke down I went back for another try. I am happy to say - night and day. We have been back for my son's phone and once again, wonderful service. It is so great to have a local shop that really cares. VERY RUDE AND VERY SLOW. I walked into this store recently, was greeted by a salesperson (Brazilian) who was busy talking to his buddy in the store. All I wanted to do was upgrade my phone He began to "explain" how the upgrade works , in a condescending and rude manner. I'm sure the fact I am female had a lot to do with it. He tried to treat me as if I didn't understand what he was saying, and got even more rude as a result. I have a degree in physics, and he likely can barely read. Give me a break. I went with a friend to help him with his phone and somehow I was insulted by the man who worked there multiple times... When he found out I had Sprint he made comments that were inappropriate and rude while trying to tell me how much better Verizon is. It's a phone network and I didn't care at all. Then he asked what I was majoring in at FAU and when I told him what my double major was he made uncomfortable comments about girls and told me my majors were easy... I walked out of the store telling him that I no longer wanted to feel the need to defend myself to a person who doesn't know me or about stupid stuff like my phone network and what I'm studying in school while he is working at a Verizon store. read more

Great service both times I needed help. First visit, a representative helped me figure out how to return my old iPad for a credit. Second visit, I needed some explanation and questions about my new iPhone 12. The agent even came out to my car to hook up Bluetooth for me. Horrible service. What a scam ! I would give 0 stars. Brought in our iPhone cuz it would not charge. The associate it was the battery and it would take 2 hours to fix. Gave him another contact number to call. We did not hear from him so we came back in 1.5 hours. When we walked in the store, he said it was not fixable and the only option was to buy a new phone. He said he called us but got voicemail. If that was the case why didn't he leave a message or text us. It was a lie! Tried to sell us a demo phone for $400. I went in to ask some questions about a new phone I was considering. The salesperson was not friendly and bordered on unpleasant. She never smiled or seemed remotely interested in my business. The only question she asked was if I was a Verizon customer, which I am and have been for many years. She reluctantly showed me a demo phone and basically discouraged me from making any changes. Very disgruntled customer. I had my iPhone 5c screen replaced at a higher cost than Fix it or uBreakiFix the under the premise that they would warranty their work. A few weeks later while I was out of the state, the screen began to separate from the phone casing, and eventually completely popped out. When I applied moderate pressure in an attempt to push the screen back in, it went dark and completely stopped working. When it came down to it, assuming they would replace the screen and warranty their work, they immediately confronted me instead of acting hearing me out, arguing in defense that the phone was dropped and that they will not replace anything, that it was my fault. Whether that is true or not, I have the impression that their customer service philosophy is hardly one of concern for customers, being more to take advantage of a customer in a bind. The way they spoke to me, in a manner that was confrontational, unprofessional, unempathic, and condescending was not acceptable. I will never go to this iPhone store again out of principle. I will also report their poor customer service practices to Verizon, so that hopefully something will be done in response, and they won't get away with deception and generally poor customer service. read more
