Mom and I were in WPB for Mother's day weekend...and decided to FINALLY upgrade our phones since the AT&T store was so close to our hotel. We were both running on Samsung Galaxy S3's..so it's been a couple of years since we got new phones. To our dismay, our store associate, Mike A. Jones, told us that AT&T no longer offers free phones with upgrades. However, he was able to look into our account and realized that we were on a legacy plan which wasn't saving us any money! He switched us to the new plan with more data, tossed in the two new phones (Galaxy 6'), and in the end, our bill will be comparable to what I was currently paying. I always love when sales associates find the best deals for customers even if it means that it won't affect their commission much. That was awesome. Mike was also kind enough to transfer over my mother's photos from her old phone (she only had about 500) to the new one when that service is typically not offered. So, in the end my mom and I got: 2 Galaxy 6', 2 protective cases, and 1 screen protector (which Mike so graciously installed onto my phone). All in all...this was a long visit to the store. SO GLAD that they have chairs and tables in the store! However, Mike's friendly and non-overbearing nature made the upgrade process smooth. Just wish that this could be my AT&T store home, but I live in MD and mom lives about 45min away from this location! read more

the ATT phone store at Forest Hill & Jog Road is telling people the wrong information to sell I-Phones. They tell you it will be 5.99 per month and its really 16.67 per month . The store manager Bjeon B said it would be 5.99 per month and today the store employee Yoel said it should be 5.99 per month and ATT bill shows 16.67 and it all depends on the plan you have. Older plans do not qualify after the store manager and employee's tell you it does qualify. Don't believe them, ATT will bill you a larger amount and will not stand by the store! read more

Zip, nada and really ticked off. Enter Jessika. Great lady and was all service. Personality to match. She took the time to help us install the Yahoo email app and poof we were up n going. Slowest service ever!!!! Go somewhere else or change to Verizon. I waited 15 minutes just to add my name on the waiting list just to get a micro cell. There should really be a more efficient way to purchase products that don't require a contract or a sales pitch! RIDICULOUS! Waited over an hour for service. Sad thing is I used to work at this location. The customer service has declined big time. Waited an hour only to get a snarky agent who gave me major attitude when all I wanted was to turn in my phone and add additional service to my existing plan. It's pretty sad that you are told one thing on the phone and then told another in the store. I highly recommend going to any other location other than this one. read more

About a month ago I stopped by this att to do an upgrade for my iphone, waited for a very long time, after a bunch of employees walked by not even telling me if I needed any help. Finally what appeared to be the manager sent this guy to talk to me, the guy looked anoyed just for being there, he gave me a quick bad service then stated they didn't have the phone I was trying to get, he advised me to go online as this is the new way att do business. So I did my order as told (online). Yesterday I was so dumb to stop by again for other upgrade, this time it was worst after 30 minutes waiting to be greeted no one approached, I've noticed a bunch of att uniformed employees some with costumers, some doing nothing but gathering with coworkers chitchatting. After the long wait I was so aggravated I left. I've never seeing a business with terrible customer service!!!!! I went to att palm beach gardens mall, other world, excellent service. I will never set a foot on that place ever. If you value your time I advise you no to either. read more

Two awful, awful experiences. First visit they deleted my SIM card when trying to transfer contacts over and I lost everything. Second I waited for ten minutes to be acknowledged and was eligible for the upgrade and the person who helped me was terrible. Didn't know any information, completely unhelpful and rude. There are 2-locations on Okeechobee. The one nearest I-95 next to a Starbucks is the one I use. There's a woman there who knows Blackberry inside and out which is rare these days. I don;t like the I-Phone, sorry. All my friends who have them have problems with them or drop them and break the glass (at great cost replacement). I don;t need a phone that wipes my butt, I'm not addicted to doing things on my phone such as Tweeting what I'm having for lunch. or Facebooking a photo of the salad I'm about to eat to the world...get a life people! The screen shattered on my i4S 16GB iPhone and I went to an AT&T store (my cellular provider) to get a replacement, only to learn that Apple does not make 16GB i4's anymore :-( I did not want to purchase an i5 because I have over $150.00 worth of accessories for my I-4 that will not work with an i5. Instead of trying to up-sell me or convince me to buy an i5 (that I did not want), the sales man at AT&T suggested that I go to a place to get my i4S screen replaced!!! What a pleasant surprise - I did and was thrilled with the results! I will definitely go back to that AT&T store in the future for all my phone & internet needs :-) Thank you AT&T!! Liars!!!!! Told me my phone was $299.00 and I wanted to pay cash for it, I had the cash all set. The guy was trying to get me to pay installments. I just wanted to pay for it and be done with it, BUT THEN he told me if i did the "Next" program and just added the cost of the phone to my bill every month and paid $35 installments, i would still 0nly pay the $299.00, AND..... I would get A FREE TABLET!!!! Then come to find out, when i got my bill....THEY Charged me. $826 for the phone payable in installments for 24 monthes. AND ......$624.00 for the Tablet payable in installments for 20 monthes. Tablet was supposed to be FREE. Phone was supposed to be $299.00. I am LIVID. Store played stupid. Customer Service by phone won't hear anything because I "signed the contract" didn't I ? Who reads them anyway? So I owe an extra 67 on my bill for the next 2 years..... YEAH ME!!!! read more

Very helpful, didn't try to upsell me on stuff. I'm the type to buy and research phones and accessories so I go in with a purpose. Get what I want and needed and that was it. Went to the store nearest i95 next door to Starbucks. My mom who's 68 had her phone stolen called 611 reported phone stolen. It was suspended . The next day went to store. Where associate un-suspended the line! Wouldn't give us a phone said stores don't do two year contracts! Even though ever phone has price listed on it with two year contract! Very disappointing! Then she was trying to over sell my mom on data , unlimited calling, and text when I told her several times.....this is what we want she persisted to tell me she don't recommend this plan. Even though I pay the bill she had more to say to my mom then she did me so finally I walked out of store an called 611 filed a complaint ! And ordered new iPhone with a two year contract for only 99.99! Boynton store is farther from my location but the people are way nicer and there seems to be always a lesser wait time! And the people there are not trying to up sell plans that you don't need or plans that don't fit the 60 year old lady who doesn't text or who's never used internet on her old line. read more

So I sat down waiting to be helped and after five minutes of not even being looked at I walked up to the manager to ask my question. He just responded "you need to go online or call" in a less than professional tone. Avoid this place if you want good customer service. read more
