When I enquired the customer service rep told me she couldn't provide one but told me what my monthly bill would be. After paying for activation and an additional accessory for my new phone. No receipt was provided. I assumed The receipt was in the bag and realized when I got to my car there was no receipt so I had to return to the store to request one. Now that I received my first bill from T Mobile it is much higher than what I was told initially. I don't appreciate what this sales woman did and will never return to this store. I just wanted to warn new customers about this practice at the store.

He did the whole thing while standing next to a counter even though there is a work desk with chair for clients. The store was empty so I don't see why standing was the best option but nonetheless it was pretty quick (15 min max) They didn't have the phone i wanted to they shipped it to my house and I needed to return the old phone once I got it. I came back in for the return and two employees were sitting (one behind the desk and the other one in what would be a Client chair) The guy behind the desk got up and grabbed my phone and once again I was left standing there. The other guy didn't even look up from his phone. They told me I had to bring the phone to UPS which wasn't mentioned the first time around.
