When I enquired the customer service rep told me she couldn't provide one but told me what my monthly bill would be. After paying for activation and an additional accessory for my new phone. No receipt was provided. I assumed The receipt was in the bag and realized when I got to my car there was no receipt so I had to return to the store to request one. Now that I received my first bill from T Mobile it is much higher than what I was told initially. I don't appreciate what this sales woman did and will never return to this store. I just wanted to warn new customers about this practice at the store.

I came back in for the return and two employees were sitting (one behind the desk and the other one in what would be a Client chair) The guy behind the desk got up and grabbed my phone and once again I was left standing there. The other guy didn't even look up from his phone. They told me I had to bring the phone to UPS which wasn't mentioned the first time around. He also told me they were out of boxes and I had to see if UPS would give me one. All in all the process was pretty quick but the customer service was subpar.
