This store is not worth going to. I dropped off my iPhone 13 with just the cellular data not working and when I went to pick it up it came out worse and I already had it. On top of that, they don't call back to make sure u pick up the phone. Complete garbage read more

Great customer service with Oleg. My Samsung phone of many years suddenly stopped and could not function or star. Had stripes on the screen. Techy said the LCD was broken inside. They ordered the part and got it replaced in minutes and my phone is better than new. Oleg is gentleman and very professional and proficient. Techy shop is a good place for electronic repair. They are honest and efficient. I have used them before for a broken ipad and they got it back to new. They work like magic. Thanks to such a place. Prices are honest and reasonable too. read more

Awesome repair store inside Walmart !! I thank Anton for his professionalism and prompt attention. He diagnosed my Iphone12 with no power with upmost knowledge. He indicated my main board required repair. He did an extraordinary job and even was able to keep all my data. Beware of other Techy locations which limit their expertise or willingness to repair defects that are more complicated. Other franchise owners even charge you a diagnostic fee even if they can't/won't perform the repair. Techy Pembroke Pines is the Best option! Overpriced shoddy work. Use at your own discretion for repairs. Was told my item would be ready on Monday. Not ready on Thursday. Went to pick up Saturday and not working right come to discover it had been bent. Regret even taking my item to this business. Think twice. read more

A complete ripoff they held my laptop for two days no call or anything! Lied and told me that it was the hard drive when I knew that wasn't the issue then quoted me a price of $225. I took it to Best Buy had the issue resolved for $90. Wouldn't recommend this crappy place to anyone a complete damn scam! read more

Diego, the technician, was great. He answered the phone right away when I called. He greeted me promptly and assured me that he could fix the phone and knew what the issue was. He came through as promised. The phone was fixed and as good as new in the promised amount of time. The store was clean and conveniently located inside The Walmart. Originally my screen popped off my Apple Watch. It still worked fine, it was a clean pop off. Diego glued it back on for $20 and after I took it home and went to use it the left side wasn't working so I brought it back and Diego charged me $246.10 for a new screen and told me it would be one hour that he would call me. I did not receive a call that day. The next day Leo calls me around 35 minutes before they closed saying the first one they got was "defective". I told him I wanted my watch back and my money. Leo said there is normally a $30 restocking fee. I was expecting $246.10 back since the item was "defective". So when I go to pick up my watch I told Diego I needed my $30 back because why am I being charged a restocking fee when the item "defective" so he has to call Leo and apparently Leo says they had ordered me another part. Why would they order another part when I didn't want them to fix my watch anymore. They don't know how to communicate and get stuff fixed in the time frame they give. I was told gluing my watch would take an hour but I went back a little over an hour because I still had not received a call. read more

Drop off table for a screen repair on Sunday was told that they would call to advice on additional issue, they did not call I had to drive to store for update, pay for additional parts and was told that tablet would be ready on Monday afternoon, same issue they did not call to update I had to call them and was told that the button had not come but should be ready by Tuesday and they would call me. I waited until 6 pm they would not answer the phone and I had to drive to the store and at that time was advise that the parts came in defective. Overall very bad service did not have the common courtesy to call or apologize for delay and or lack of professionalism. A customer shouldn't have to call for follow ups and or have to drive to the store for updates after you had already paid upfront. I took my tablet in pieces because I rather through it away than to have this people repair it , will never recommend them. read more

He explained issue and although very busy with drop-in, he persevered and got phone fixed before I left.
