Our priorities are usually bathrooms, floors, dusting and that is always done well and efficiently. She takes pride in her work and does exactly what you ask for and more. She gets places I didn't ever think about cleaning! She's friendly and very approachable. We used this company to have gutters installed (should be noted that we did not hire this company,…read morethey were subcontracted through D and H Roofing, who has washed their hands of this shady work). So, Busy Bee also offers gutter install as a service. They did a horrible job. The guy named Matt, talked a big game, but when it came down to it, his gutter job was half assed and we have made dozens of attempts to call and get him to fix his crappy work. The gutters leak in several of the corners. This should be noted that we purchased continuous metal gutters. There should be absolutely zero reason for leaking corners if the job had been done correctly in the first place. The water shoots over them at the valleys. He installed this Jimmie rigged half cut piece gutter material as a "shield" to attempt to stop the water from shooting over the top. They forgot flashing, so there are gaps between the roofing and the gutters all around.... Also, in forgetting flashing they didn't even fix the broken piece of drip cap that was currently warped on our house and was part of the reason we had contracted roofing and gutter work. This warped piece of drip cap was (is still) funneling water into our soffits. They just ignored it and left it that way hidden by the crappy gutters they installed. At one point he showed up to "fix everything" and only worked on one corner and was only here for a half an hour. He was actually just spraying a rubber sealent much like flexseal in the corners! I can go to the hardware store and get that and do it myself if I wanted it Jimmie rigged... the gutters are all out of level. Water just sits in the corners. Every time we call him, he is like sure we will make it right... Then he never shows. this has been going on for 7 months now! We paid over a $1000 for these gutters! Horrible service! Would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
