    The aisles At Home

I love this store but the check out is slowwwwwwww. Often just one cashier for this super big warehouse. On occasion another person comes to help but expect to wait. You could spend the day here happily if you had coffee to fuel you and a ton of time. The seasonal section is huge. They have art, decor, mirrors, home goods, Knick knacks, seasonal stuff, indoor stuff, outdoor stuff, and much more! Everything and anything to decorate your place. Employees out on the floor stocking & answering questions when you hunt them down. Clearance sections and clearance in and among regular priced items. The store itself has a HomeGoods feel but on a bigger scale but in Costco warehouse style setting. If you know what you want they likely have it and if you don't you'll still find a lot to purchase. There is a lot of merchandise here. Make sure the sales ring up and that the items have a price tag. If they do there is a scanner to check the deals. Grab a cart so when you wait at checkout you don't have to hold your items. I will definitely be back

    Happy 4th of Halloween.

I dont even know how to rate this place. Today is June 19th. I went in to get another plastic planter for a palm tree. I couldnt buy one because they didnt have them anymore. 1/4 of the shelves were empty with paper hanging off of them with instructions on what xmas items to put there (Garland beads go here. Santa goes here. Snowman here). The other half of the store looked like a haunted house for Halloween. It's not even officially summer yet and all the summer stuff if gone. Aisles and aisles of empty shelves marked for xmas plus aisles and aisles of Halloween on June 19. So incredibly depressing and unwelcoming. Maybe come here for summer stuff in November? Dont come for xmas stuff... the shelves will be empty

I like their crazy seasonal section and they have weird sales and clearance between seasons where I've found some good finds.

Cool store if you are looking to decorate a shore house or if your taste runs in that direction…read more From its storefront you would not imagine how big the interior is, and how much stuff they have crammed in. But it's shop able and makes you want to keep exploring the nooks and crannies. There was a friendly and attentive staff on hand, but they didn't crowd or try to hard sell you. They seemed to like where they worked and the vibe transferred to the few browsers who were inside. As the other reviewer astutely noted, they seem to enjoy placing gag food items on tables, bars, hutches, hell, on any flat surface really. These items are seemingly handmade and priced fairly high for what they were. Maybe they throw one in for free if you purchase something that you could place it on?

Point Beach Interiors occupies a space that was formerly a cooperative antique mall or something…read moresimilar, in that there is a central aisle with open "rooms" on either side. I was drawn in by the window displays, but wound up wandering the entire length and width of the store. They offer interior design services and made to order (or assembled to order) furniture, as well as many decorative items. There were candles and candle holders, some Christmas decor, lamps, painted figurines, glass jars, some ceramics, clocks, novelty napkins, furniture, pillows and signs with the names of NJ shore towns on them, and nautical-themed decorations. (This is, after all, the Jersey shore!) I saw shiny aluminum dishes (or maybe they were ashtrays) shaped like life-sized flip-flop sandals, and carved wooden "bathing beauties" painted with vintage bathing suits. There were cast iron hooks shaped like lighthouses and shells. There was a lot of "faux food"--I guess you're supposed to put a fake cake or pie on your un-used dining room table, though I'd always rather consider a REAL cake or pie. There was quite a range of fabric samples to be chosen for upholstery on the furniture offerings. Interesting stuff, both for those shopping to furnish a home, as well as for smaller shore-themed gifts and decorations.

This is what I get for wanting to support local. I recently gutted and completely renovated a home…read morenearby and decided I would decorate it with many items from this place. Even was wanting to hire Charlie, the owner, to help decorate it. Within two trips there, I had spent over $2,000 and was eager and ready to spend a lot more. After the 2nd trip in, I noticed one of the pillows I bought, a tassel tore off it. I never used it and the tags were still attached. I did also want to purchase a couple bathroom items but noticed they were each missing a pad on the bottom. So when I went in 5 days later to get a store credit or even exchange (bc they have a crappy return policy and only offer this!) I was told by the sales person she would have to discuss this with her manager bc she wasn't allowed to take back damaged items. I reiterated to her that I never even used it and the tags were still on it. After her (back room) phone call, she says her manager told her "we can't take it back." I informed her they literally have damaged items on their shelves and so, if a customer were to purchase them and realize it once they got home, they then wouldn't take them back? What a shame that over a dumb $200 pillow and the thousands I had spent in there (and more where that came from), they decided to bite their nose's off to spite their face. Back to online shopping with much lower prices, much better customer service and great return policies for me. Very sad.

We held on to it for over two months and the replacements arrived. The replacements were scratched too, just not as bad/obvious as the first time. We decided just to keep the furniture rather than deal with the hassle of waiting for another delivery. Really disappointing for how much this furniture costs. It is quality furniture otherwise and the management was very responsive at this store so 2 star for the scratches and 4 for the management = three average.

First the delivery person told me that's how it was supposed to be. After a 10 minute discussion he admitted that there was a problem with it. The piece was loose, the drawer did not open correctly and the wireless charger did not work. He thought the frame might be bent and the console would need to be replaced. I called the store and was told if we did not accept it, they could not estimate how many weeks it would take to replace it. If we accepted it, they would get a technician out right away and they would fix it. The next day they scheduled a video call for a tech to see if they could fix it. The tech wanted us to flip over an 8 foot long section so he could see the bottom. That was impossible. A collossal waste of time. We called the store and they said they could have a technician come out in 3 weeks. That's what they meant by getting a technician out "right away". We asked if they could order a new console since it likely needs to be replaced based on what the experienced installer indicated. The store said they could not do that until the technician came out to see it. So now we are waiting 3 weeks for a technician to come out, and then will likely need to wait another 5 weeks for a new piece. Later that day the store called to see if we wanted to order the $2k worth of tables we picked out. When we expressed our dissatisfaction with the process, they said they would hold the sale price for us if we did not order them before the end of the sale. Really clueless customer service. At this point we probably won't order anything else from this store. Completely frustrating. Thought Lay Z Boy was better than this. Lesson learned.
