First timer . .. we went to home goods and then came to this shop. When we entered , we saw that most of the bays were empty . We thought everything was sold out ! there were sections of 50% off items , but nothing was really available. Very less choice ! We picked very few items and most of the posters, clocks etc was more expensive than home goods. Average experience. Customer service was ok and billing was a bit slow . Because the manager did call me back after leaving a voicemail within 10 minutes and while my wife and daughter were still in the store. This place is massive and full of everything you need in a home. The pictures posted from the site say it all, wow.! Chairs of all types, bar stools, patio furniture stacked up and all easy to see and get to. Headboards, and just rows of pillows, decorative jars, by the hundred. We came looking for patio cushions and nearly left with a patio! But got the right cushions, then some sea items to go on our tables, - coral, starfish, etc.., and found all we needed to set up my moms patio in her new home. The plethora tables, cabinets, many small but with character, doors, tables with drawers, just seemed endless and a great way to get accent items and some major pieces for the home. Rows of wall hangings, then prints, framed, canvas, and our favorite the big clocks... took us a while to pick one out and its perfect. Easy access for elderly and disabled with electric carts, charged, large basket- thank you. Not a lot of staff around but they are there if you need them. I could spend 2 more days in there and probably still not see it all. The old Garden Ridge but a great store to find all those things that fill in all the right spaces. Good value. I am completely okay with admitting that I absolutely have an addiction when it comes to decorating. I absolutely love getting a great deal on a beautiful piece of furniture or a painting that transforms an entire space in my house. I love huge family time rugs and new gadgets for the kitchen and funky accessories that I can throw on a desk to help spice it up. I typically have to go to 10 stores to quench this desire UNTIL NOW! Now I just need At Home and maybe like 4 other stores lol. They really are a one stop shop for a lot of your at home wants. It's not possible to just window shop here. Actually, I went with my husband to do just that and ended up going back to purchase our favs the next day. The prices vary but there are definitely some good finds. They have so many items you can't help but to feel like a kid in a candy store. There wasn't much help on the floor while we were there. Also, I guess we should have came prepared because we were using our own pick up to transport our purchase but it started to rain while we were shopping. After making our purchase, we asked if there was anything they sold or had available that we could use to wrap/cover our new chairs with. They didn't even pretend to look lol they just said nope we have nothing. Fortunately, it eased up as we drove but it would have been nice to at least feel like the employees cared as much about the furniture as we did. Other than that, we had a great experience and will definitely visit again in the future. read more

If Home Goods, Hobby Lobby, Kirkland, all had a GRAND DADDY, it would be this store--- At Home. A. It's HUGEEEEEEEEEEEEEE B. It literally has just about EVERYTHING C. Think bed bath beyond and hobby lobby combined D. There are seasonal items, rugs, furniture, kitchen accessories, decor, etc. etc. E. One check out row of about 3-4 registers that leads to the exit only doors. F. Service- The cashier was nice, but don't expect any help on the floor. Perhaps it was a rainy weekday, but I felt like I was in a ghost town regarding employees. It was like customers, and then the one checker separated by the wall in the entire store. G. Restrooms- Back of the store H. Carts- Nice and HUGE. No problem putting longer or bigger pieces. I. Sign up for emails and get 10% off reward emailed to you (not the same day). J. Be ready to spend if home shopping is your thing. K. Prices are average compared to Hobby Lobby (hehehe I went there right after and compared), so don't expect bargain prices because the store looks like a warehouse, but it's in line with it's competitors. read more

My favorite home store! I discovered it recently and every time i go in for just one item, i leave with a cart full that has to be loaded into my car. They're like a warehouse store and it used to be Garden Ridge until they re-branded. It's a warehouse full of gems. The first time i visited, i was so overwhelmed(that's a good thing!) that i stood in one spot for at least 15 minutes. I love how everything is organized...not a clusterfu*ck like home goods and that way you know if they have what you're looking for. You can find furniture, outdoor/patio stuff, accents like mirrors, wall art, stuff for home organization, for the kitchen list goes on. They're prices are even better than home goods in my opinion. Also a tip: keep an open mind. You might have your mind set on something but an open mind will get you to buy something for a while 'nother purpose! lol read more

We love this store typically but today was a whole different experience. I bought a blow up tree after Christmas last year on sale. $15. Not $500. $15. We went to use it today to decorate and the fan didn't work. I thought, no big deal. I'll exchange it for the exact same product. Went in to exchange it and the manager, Lindsey, said they couldn't exchange it but didn't say why. I explained when we bought it and that we wouldn't have plugged it in prior to this Christmas since I bought it after last Christmas. She stated that "the return information is located here" and pointed to some small sticker on the counter. She made another rude comment about the warranty and exchanging Christmas stuff annually. Insinuating that I had some ulterior motives over a $15 inflatable tree. She seemed agitated that I even explained why I was exchanging it. Nobody reads that little sticker on the counter. While I can understand that is the policy, there was another way to provide better customer service than to be a rude ass. Patronizing your customers is not it. I wouldn't have even attempted to exchange it had I read the policy prior. It really wasn't that big of a deal. So I purchased a new one, again, only $15. However, I didn't appreciate the lack of customer service. I'm a regular customer and didn't appreciate her rude, inconvenienced attitude. After I purchased, I asked our cashier what the Managers name was bc she was walking away. Sometimes feedback can provide a coaching opportunity to a better result next time and I wanted to be sure she knew how that situation could've been handled differently. The cashier's response was "you can ask her". Why? What was the point in being rude? I wasn't being rude. It was a simple question. When I asked her why she couldn't give me her managers name, she said "I don't want to give that information to you." I wish I had camera footage to show how unnecessarily rude these two were. It's costs zero dollars to be kind. Perhaps Lindsay and Rachel could use an empathy customer service course... especially during the Holidays. There are other jobs out there if they are that unhappy in their current positions. read more

I love this store ! My patio furniture need to replace a new cushion but I don't wanna get it from the same manufacturer where I bought it before cus they don't get many color selection . I want something simple and clean look , I measure up my old cushion and went to this store and I found the exact color that I want with the exact size with a reasonable price I'm so happy ! I'm glad I took a note in my phone for all the measurements and I just help myself to find it it makes shopping easy cause staff are nowhere to be found , I gave them 4 stars cus it seems like this place need more staff to work in the aisle department I got some questions about a cushion that I wanna buy but there's no one there. But I will still go back to this store when the time comes I need a new cushion . read more

A couple of months ago, we bought 2 lamp shades for my sister. We had to remove the plastic wrap to put them on the lamp, at which point we realized the circle part that grips the lamp was ~2 mm too small. When we went to return them, the cashier chastised us, telling us that she's return the brand new, unused lamp shades but that the store would have to "eat the cost," since the plastic wrap was gone. She continued to chastise us for the remainder of the return process. It's left such a sour taste in our mouths that we won't be back. It's sad because we'd gone there quite often previous to this event. read more

HOLIDAY DECOR AND MORE! Although this store has been here for three years, I have only recently noticed it. I'm glad that it is here because it is a long drive to the Norcross and Kennesaw locations. At Home has everything you could possibly need for your home including furniture, art, bedding and home decor. However, this review is strictly about the Christmas decor and accessories. This store has an extensive Christmas department with every tree you could possibly want (a large upside down tree, pink, black, orange, rainbow, neutrals, and traditional green options). They even had urn trees to give your decor a more polished look. In addition to trees, they have holiday decorations, wrapping paper and bags and a separate section for inflatables and metal lawn ornaments. I specifically visited with the intention of looking for outdoor Christmas decor and I wanted something different from what is currently seen in my area. Luckily, I was able to find exactly what I wanted. Every year, it seems as if options change and it can be difficult complementing what you already have. For example, I like bright white bulbs, but I am noticing some items dubbed "cool white" actually have a blue tint and do not complement my existing pieces. Being able to see the models on display is very helpful. Don't be afraid to lean in to touch and test the items in order to check for stability and quality. The woman at the front with a grayish blonde hair was very rude as I was trying to check out and had a DoorDash in before I could ask any questions because I said I had a DoorDash she immediately said she had no idea about it and didn't want to hear anything I had to say she was very rude and I have Asperger's And have trouble speaking already so her being fairly rude and cutting me off consistently was very offputting to me as well. She didn't help me bag and whenever I asked for a bag she would throw it on the counter like I was a peasant and acted like the fact that I wanted to check out at all, was very offputting to her. Absolutely worst customer service I've had here and I know this place is absolutely amazing so I know they don't deserve her kind of rudeness like for example, the guy in the back that helped me find one of the rugs on my order, well actually it was a doormat but he said he was the rug doctor and he was really helpful in finding that I know that he's really nice and everybody has been nice before except for her. She was very offputting and rude and just seem like she did not want to be there at all. She was sitting the entire time meal with discuss just because I was trying to do my job and I was about to say that I wasn't sure if one of the items was going to ring up correctly so that I would have to put one back but she didn't even care enough for me to finish my sentence. The whole transaction ended up being nice I got all the items that were in my cart but she just was absolutely rude and I felt like I really needed to write this review to showcase how she does not meet the standards that at home does invoke she had glasses and she would not give me her name and she said if I had any questions that that wasn't her fault because she didn't know anything about DoorDash even though the question wasn't even about DoorDash it was about whether or not I was able to put the two sets of two pack pillows on the transaction for the customer and I was happy to put one back if not she was just overall very rude and it was such a simple thing that didn't have to be all drawn out that she really just made the experience that much more stressful compared to everyone else. That makes it so much more helpful every time I go to at home, but yes, she had a grayish blonde hair. She wore glasses and she was sitting the entire time and she was the only person on the register and she gave everybody a rude stare, so if that helps. read more

It's like the walmart of home stores. It has EVERYTHING. Unfortunately they revoked my man-card at the door and wouldn't give it back on my way out until I threatened to call the manager. I promised them that I was only there because the wife dragged me. For an easy out - set the alarms on all the kitchen timers for several minutes apart. I never write reviews but I was so disappointed with this store I had to. Over the years I have been to a hand full of At Home stores. I have loved them all until I walked down the wall-décor isle and décor isles. We recently moved to the Atlanta area and I was excited to shop this store. Everything looked ok until I reached the wall-décor isle. I was most excited about this isle. However, it was a disaster, pictures were just thrown on top of each other. There was no organization whatsoever. I walked each isle just shaking my head in disbelief of the clutter. Even if it was organized and you could actually see what was available it seemed the selection was not very good at all. The pillow isles seemed very sparse and not a lot of selection compared to other stores. The same with the décor isles. I walked the whole store. Not all departments were in disarray. I shop here during my lunch as I work close to this location. Today was aggravating because they never have enough cashiers. They usually just have one, and the line stacks up quite a bit. They actually had 2 cashiers today but they were talking with each other about some discount that the customer didn't get. In the meantime, I had just shopped and had four pictures I was going to purchase so I got in line with three people ahead of me. I stood there for 10 minutes and didn't move. I had to walk out and leave my pictures that I wanted to purchase in the basket. I was aggravated I had just wasted my lunch hour, and sometimes what happens is if I go back to the store later the day or the next day, I can't find the pictures I wanted to purchase. The line always seems to be backed up whenever I have gone there, and the cashier is usually not noticing the line is long, so she doesn't call for backup. If she does call for backup, it takes a long time for somebody to come up to the front. Need better management!! The Norcross At Home is a lot cleaner, organized and the lines move way better. read more
