They have a good selection of decor, but noticed today that they mark the prices up from the original price. I purchased a small vase on sale that was 50% off. I checked my receipt and noticed I was charged the full price of $12.99, so had to walk back in and do a full refund and repurchase it at the discounted price. That's fine, it happens. However, when I arrived home, I decided to peel off the price stickers to see the original price and it turns out it was originally $9.99 and they marked it up to $12.99 (with a missing lid) and then "put it on sale". So just be aware of checking your receipt. read more

I like all the nice stuff that At Home stores offer. But this particular store is ALWAYS sooo disorganized and the employees are not very customer oriented. On my first visit, it was raining outside and this building was leaking everywhere. It was a lot of water over different areas and no one seems to care. I was wondering what will happen if someone fall on that floors? It was a river in the rugs area and in the frame paints area. Also, the place was messy. On my second visit, I asked for help and waited and waited, and the employee that supposed to help me never came back. On my third visit, the place still messy. This time I took some pictures. Asking for help or finding a employee that want to help is almost impossible. read more

I love this store. In recent years tho, prices seem to have sky rocketed which makes me slightly depressed because you used to be able to find anything for a cheaper price. Seriously, anything. They have become more disorganized and that's not helping anyone. This place is right off of Platte and Academy and carries such fun things, but again, the prices are disappointing. Probably a great store. But I came here with a broken leg, called before to make sure they had scooters so I could motor around like the cripple I currently am, they said yes, they have ADA accommodation scooters. Arrived and their 2 scooters were out of commission. Woulda been great to know those details before hand. The products look nice though, from the patio chair I'm stuck in while my friend shops. read more

I love this store. I'm writing a review because the other reviews aren't so great, there's never anyone shopping there when I go, but I want them to stay in business!!! This place is incredible. The inventory and prices are very similar to Home Goods, but this store is 8x the size of a home goods. They simply have everything you could ever need, from small accessories, holiday decor, lamps, rugs, side tables, artificial plants, couches, artwork, and SO MUCH MORE. The store is very clean and organized and it's so fun to get lost in all they have to offer. I think the store would do better more up north in the springs, as the current location is pretty far south and in the middle of nowhere. Regardless, I will be buying all my home decor here from now on. read more

Really really frustrating customer service. I came to do a return and they require the physical card that was used to make the purchase. I had the product and receipt and they wouldn't issue a return because I didn't have the same card I made a purchase with. I recently took it out of my wallet. I live 30 min away, so now I have to drive an mother hour to do a simple return. It's 2023 - your system should be able to do a return without the physical card used. I can do an Amazon return at three different places but this place is still operating in 1997. I will not be shopping here again. read more

Decent deals, poor staffing at checkout. Needed to exchange a item a hour later that's where it got interesting. Wasn't allowed to simply exchange item but we could return it and the repurchase the same product that wasn't stained. All good- except that the coupon used a hour earlier on the same product was no good so to exchange it they made a extra couple bucks. Hahaha "Discount Store" poor staff at check out and not much common sense on customer service. read more

I love this store and all that it sells but it is the messiest and most unorganized store that I have ever been to. Every time I go, I plan to spend a few hours just to navigate this place. On the plus side, I usually come home with a few reasonably priced items and they do offer a military discount. read more

This is a gigantic home store. You can find a lot to get there. If you don't know what you are looking for, you could be roaming around forever. The prices are decent but just like anything you can over spend if you don't pay attention. They have a rewards club too and you can get good coupons sent to your email. Definitely sign up if you are going to shops there. read more

I really want to like this store! We went back to give it a second try. It's is a mess. Worse though, were the bathrooms. One out of three stalls was in working order. It was filthy...I have honestly been in outhouses that were cleaner than it. My husband said the same thing about the Men's bathroom. I'm shocked that At Home has its name on this store. read more

I do have to say though whenever I am here though and happen to need to use the restrooms they are just down right disgusting! Today was the worst, there was urine and feces all over the floor! Walking into the store I first thought "Wow this is a nice place". For such a large place it's surprisingly clean. There is a large variety of products that cover pretty much everything you could ever think of to decorate a home. Frames, lights, pots, statues, furnature even seasonal decorations and alot more. Throw in the clean bathroom, ice cold drinking fountain and elevator music on the speakers and overall it's a nice shopping experience. Prices will definitely vary but overall not any higher than you'll find anywhere else. The only gripes I have with the place is it feels like there are alot of empty aisles here and for some reason there is a large candy and soda aisle right in front that felt really out of place for me. read more

Best place in the Springs and surrounding areas to find just about anything you would want for your home. The have a huge assortments of garden and patio decor including the huge planter pots I was looking for. I finally found the outdoor chair pads I couldn't live without. I've purchased sheets, toss pillows, rugs, some great wall art and even some outdoor lighting--all without going broke. They have shelves of any sort you could want from rustic to mid century looking. I completely redid my family room for way less than I expected... checkout has been friendly and quick each time I've been in with the longest line being two people. Finding help throughout the store can be a challenge because it is so HUGE. Wear comfortable walking shoes and you won't be sorry you came to shop for the bargains. read more

Ordinarily very much like At Home. I've made many purchases there and been satisfied- and go back. Today-not the case. They've had great selections of outdoor seasonal decorations. Today-signage indicated "50% off all Halloween" stuff. Metal yard pumpkins, hanging with "50% off Halloween" products, I learned, at checkout- were "Fall" products, NOT 50% OFF. The staff WERE UNWILLING TO CONSIDER THEIR SIGNAGE SNAFU, agreeing it was confusing and that I, as a customer, had NO WAY of knowing their pricing structure...RIGHT! My point exactly in requesting the sale price be honored. The staff remained UNWILLING to honor the 50% off marked price. OUTRAGEOUS-I bought the products @ full price and likely will return them. I tried to contact the store with a question that I could not find on the website. They never answer the phone. It always goes to voicemail and they never return my calls. This is a very poor business practice. If the store is open, it should NEVER go to voicemail. They have lost my business. This was my first trip. The store is big, so wear your walking shoes. There is so much of everything house related, it is almost overwhelming. I was happily shopping and found many items. My happiness dissipated when I went to check out. There were only two clerks and we waited about 20 minutes, although there wasn't much of a line. It is incredulous that a store this big would be so understaffed, especially on a Saturday. The store only looks to have about 4-5 registers max. Can only imagine what it will be like at the holidays. Anyway, this will be my last trip. read more

Amazing store. You could spend hours browsing their inventory. Most of their items have great prices.
