As I was looking in that area, I over heard a staff member/owner? say to another staff member/owner "The lady in the trench is still back there, she's really looking" which I thought was odd as I thought this was welcome in a business. While I'm sure it was not the intention, the insinuation felt so icky. I did PURCHASE 2 books for my sister and friend. Such a shame since I told others to come here, but unfortunately I will not be back as I did NOT feel welcome.
