First of all it is only July second of all the decorations you have out are so terrifying for children. This is not OK at all whatsoever. They have low to mid-range price items so the only thing you can ding them on is not having something in the quality you want. But it's hard to be everything to everyone! The store has departments that cover every type of decor you may use in a home or out-they have a great outdoor furniture and decor department. They have a good sized seating selection-from bar stools to dining chairs to accent chairs. We picked up a chair we needed for a bedroom corner. It is comfortable enough and used more than we thought. We've also They also have a large number of rugs. Need a side table-they have it. Bedding, kitchen decor and general cute things to personalize your home-lots to chose from. To be honest, I can't say I've been in every area of the store-even though our first time here, we spent over an hour walking through the store. And we've been here now a number of times. There is just so much to look at!! I haven't noticed what others described as a mess. And the service has been quite good for us. I recommend At Home for anyone needing decor or gifts since they have such cute signs and decorations. I know, we will definitely be back! read more

Large space more like a warehouse, layout is cumbersome and it would had been nice to see more displays perhaps they do not have enough inventory to create. Prices are decent. Went looking for 2 matching mid century lamps did not find; lamps were extremely disorganized and I was there an hour after opening you'd think it would be more organized. Prices for lamps were not clear is it the price of the lamp and you choose a shade?? Woman at checkout was not the friendliest person. read more

If I could give Elaina (I think spelled that way, and she was shift manager/supervisor) 10 stars I would. I had some items untouched that were outside of the return window and she cheerfully gave me a store credit. So glad I called and spoke to her first. When I got to the cashier to return the items she was fighting me the whole way. Who did you speak to ? Whey would they tell you that they would give you a credit? When Elaina arrived she confirmed she spoke to me and processed the returns for me with a smile. I told her I was going to write complementary reviews about her and here I am! Large home decor superstore in the Ellenton outlets. This place is huge!! They have great seasonal selections, went this past weekend for Julyoween and there were probably 8 full aisles already packed with Halloween decor. They also have tons of year round decor items, everything from wall art to patio furniture. Quality is on par with a Home Goods. read more

This location is huge and has so much to offer! Store is usually very organized and easy to find everything! Staff is always helpful and super friendly. The prices are on the higher end for some things but if you sign up for rewards program you will get 10% off next purchase. Parking is easy to access and so many spots. Selection is wide variety and there is no doubt you will find at least one thing you love! read more

I'm never shopping anywhere else for my home good needs again (well, before hitting this place first)! I was headed to the Ellenton Outlet and popped in to check this place out on the way. It is the size of 8 home goods and has so much variety! 12-15 large aisles of wall decor alone! Well organized and lots of different styles to choose from. No name brands but at great and reasonable prices to find everything in one place, and lots of it! At one point I was definitely talking to myself and sweating because I was on sensory overload! Suggest that you are fed, hydrated and ready to do some serious shopping. read more

I asked about purchasing a chair which was in stock and they confirmed they had 8 in stock but I was told they didn't have enough staff to look for it and the other associate said I can get it from another. So when I was checking out I asked when will you have staff to look for the chair and was told it's not staff it's just a lot of boxes to go through. " This store is amazing" is what I wish I said when I entered this store. This store was messy, empty, and there was many opened and damaged products. I have visited other At Home stores before and this was definitely the worst. They need to up their game if they want better reviews. I signed up online for At Home account to get 10% off. Went to the store to purchase cushions & was told I had to wait 48 hours to be able to use the coupon. What??? It doesn't mention that anywhere. I asked the associate if she could go ahead & give it to me because she could see I signed up- NO! Then called the manager & was told she was sorry but that's the way they do it online. They could have given me the discount but the associates are told to not give anyone discounts- all around this is NOT good policy. As a manager she should have said come back in & we will honor the coupon. Terrible customer service!!! They lost a customer over a few dollars! I will be buying my cushions elsewhere. read more

Took my mom, who just moved to FL here to look for some nice things for her new home. Was ashamed that this is the place I took her thinking it would have nice stuff and good prices...it had neither. Everything and I mean EVERYTHING we looked at was scratched, broken or worse and WAY overpriced. Mom ended up ordering the same items for MUCH less on Amazon. I loudly complained about the state of the products in front of two employees who didn't seem to even care as they couldn't seemingly be bothered. Skip this store and shop somewhere, anywhere else that actually cares for the products they are selling and for the customers they are serving. read more

I love this store. You have so much to look at the prices are great.!!! I've gotten pillows and rugs for my new home at a reasonable price. It's unbelievable the quality. Anyone looking for pillows especially for your living room sofa and loveseat we purchased a sectional and the department store was charging us $200 a pillow. The Store Buyers made ZERO effort to purchase anything of any quality, nor anything creative or beautiful. I drove down from Clearwater to pick up a frame my fiancé ordered online for our engagement photos. I walked in and stopped to wait at the online pickup counter. Another cashier asked if I needed help and proceeded to call someone in the back while ringing up her customer. After a few minutes while she continued ringing up customers in line we figured out that the order was not in stock. She told me we should have got an email saying that the order was refunded. We had never received that email. Upon further review and a quick phone call I verified that we were refunded our funds. That wasn't the issue at all things happen! My problem was I never was able to get a one on one conversation going and trying to get help seemed impossible. I tried to get help to locate another one or something similar and was pretty much IGNORED. Now all of the staff was ringing up customers and they seemed busy, but maybe an actually customer service counter instead of having whoever is working the cash register have to talk over customers, or maybe keeping the online pickup counter reserved for online pickups only this could have been resolved a little easier on my part. I now have an irritated fiancé, I had to spend longer in a home goods style store than any God fearing, Bass Pro Shop and Lowe's loving man should ever have to, and I STILL don't know where to find this frame for her. read more

Where do I start with this horribly run place. First management is completely incapable of running this place. The crotchety old check out persons extremely rude !!! I highly suggest you not shop this store !!!!! Other than the rude unprofessional way this staff conduct business they do not offer any protection for you fragile/damage able products. I shopped after Christmas; one long shelf contained all Christmas items with "75% Off" signs didplayed. Bought a little laser tag set originally $19.99 - got home and realised I was charged $9.99. Called and was told, "Oh, that's TOY Christmas," which is 50% off." No signs indicated this differential. I'd return it but live too far away to be worth the trip. read more
