It was clean nice had a good selection and wish we could have bought more to take home with us. But be careful area around isn't the best.

I did not feel rushed & the staff was so helpful as well! I used to enjoy going here but decided to shop here today and the smells (scented everything) is SO overpowering, that it made me and my daughter both have bad asthma. I'm not sure what they did differently, but I do not even have this problem at Kirklands or at bath and body works, which are both known for their scents and perfumes. This needs to be addressed, this is an issue for anyone that may have asthma, it makes the shopping experience unenjoyable. read more

I recently had a highly disappointing experience at the store, and I feel compelled to share my frustrating encounter. A couple of weeks ago, I made a purchase using my perks phone number to register the items. Unfortunately, I had to return two of the purchased items, but due to a mistake, I accidentally brought the wrong receipt along with me. To my surprise, the receipt clearly stated that it was not required for returns, regardless of whether I used my perks number or not. Upon explaining my situation to the store employee, she insisted that I had the wrong credit card, even though I knew it was the correct one. Instead of trying to resolve the issue in a friendly and efficient manner, she proceeded to almost charge my card again for the items I intended to return. This unnecessary and incorrect action only added to my frustration and made the entire experience even more unpleasant. To make matters worse, when it became apparent that she was in the wrong, she suggested offering store credit as an alternative. However, I clearly stated that I did not want store credit and expected a proper refund to my original payment method. Despite my reasonable request, I left the store feeling completely dissatisfied and disillusioned with their customer service. unfortunately the annoyance doesn't and there since I live 30 minutes away from the nearest at home and had to leave to go find the correct receipt to just get my money back. Came here for the first time since we normally don't have one in California. We went during the weekend of Black Friday and was able to score some deal on beddings, Christmas items and other things. Usually this place is more on the expensive side but you can get lost in the stores for hours. I'll come back and see what else they have. read more

Fun! Huge! And wacky. It's been forever since Nashville had Garden Ridge nearby, and while yes, it can have some junk, they also have some nice stuff and A LOT OF IT. At home is the 2015 reincarnation of Garden Ridge and if I had to lose my K-Mart right in my 'hood, I'm glad it's for something I enjoy. The largest selection of outdoor cushions I have ever seen right now during their Grand Opening phase. Like, really. I own a metal porch swing that is slightly longer than most, so most cushions always fall short. Here, the wicker sofa size fits nicely... and there were six patterns/colors to choose from! That may not sound huge, but considering for the past three years we've not been able to replace ours because I couldn't find one anywhere... I'm thrilled. Also a huge selection of rugs. HUGE. I didn't go in here planning to buy new runners for my kitchen, but I did. And mirrors? Yikes. Sooo mannyyy mirrors. If you don't want to see what you look like, definitely go anywhere the back left corner of this store. All that plus a coupon online from their facebook, go through April 1. Score! read more

Why don't you answer your phone? Why am I given and out of state voice mail?? HATE lack of customer service.

I bought a 10 Ft offset umbrella, previously opened. The clerk assured me that all pieces were included, if the item was on the floor. In the same area, I purchased the last gazebo with netting, it too with an open box. I mentioned this to the check out clerk, and was told them same thing. They said if it's i complete I can just return it. I explained that with family members at risk during the virus, multiple trips to stores is not feasible. The umbrella does not come with the base and the picture doesn't say this, nor do any of the labeling in the store, or on-line. I called the store and they said they are all out and for me to check for the base at Home Depot. Home Depot sells the umbrella with the base, not separately. Then i opened the gazebo, and it was broken, and had been se the up outside, with splattered mud on the frames and the carrier case torn. I haven't been to At Home in at least two years. I will definitely not return. I also never take the time to write reviews, but I am today. The lack of transparency in labeling, the lack of accommodation or even concern by the clerk when I called back, and the deceit in pushing two products on the floor when you know they were return incomplete or damaged is what gives this store a 1 Star. So disappointed in them. read more

Prices marked are not what they ring up for. I went to buy an outdoor vase marked $7.99 and rang up for double that. I asked why it was double and they told me "due to inflation our prices have raised but we don't want to spend the money to re-ticket all items"....this makes NO sense. I checked out bought a full length mirror and atomizer spray, checked my receipt and had to return twice for price adjustments. Overcharge when I checked out, sticker prices were less! Managers response was not her problem????? I will never ever shop here again! Buyers beware! read more

There's no place like At Home, There's no place like At Home, There's no place like At Home. Seriously. This place has everything that falls into the home decor category. From patio furniture to aisles on aisles of stock art. They have like 4 or 5 aisles of just pillows! I loved it. My wife and I spent a good 2 hours here on our first visit. The next time we need anything for our place, this will be our first stop. The only thing I didn't like was the lack of employees to help. Wide selection. Poor customer service though. When my wife and I went today we found an area rug we really liked but they didn't have the size we wanted in stock (even though the price sheet said it was offered in that size). When we asked for assistance they said they didn't have the rug, couldn't order it, and we couldn't order it online. In a nutshell they simply said we could not buy the rug that they were displaying for sale. It would have been one thing if the manager had been apathetic or shown a single ounce of human emotion, but she just didn't care and had no intention of explaining anything or being of assistance in any way. I'm pretty sure this is the first retailer I've ever been to that was so unorganized too. read more
