Their prices may seem a tad high; however the quality of the products they sell is outstanding! I still have my bistro set I received as a college graduation gift, let's just say, a couple of decades-ish ago. This adorable set has been my primary breakfast table/chairs and I've used it outdoors in the elements and on covered patios throughout the years. It's been a great bistro! I highly recommend B&C! Was kinda scared after reading the reviews about the chair I bought but laughed when I saw that people were complaining that the chair didn't last fifteen years. (My last lazy-boy only lasted 4 years with repairs every year). Both lazy boy and the pallister theatre chair were basically the same price. And the pallister looks to be built better. Time will tell. Sales staff are fun to work with and helpful. Delivery guys were great.

Before doing so, I specifically asked if my card would be charged twice, and I was assured it would not. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I was charged twice for the same items. When I brought this to the store's attention, they refused to issue a refund and even went as far as to justify the duplicate charge to my credit card company. Only one of the transactions has a signature, and the second charge appears under a different system ("SQ Southeastern Salvage"), which raises additional concerns. I spoke with someone who identified themselves as the store manager, but they insisted both charges were valid. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly encourage others to carefully monitor their receipts and credit card statements when shopping here.

We called them immediately afterwards and the Lowe's associate told us to "let it set overnight." The next morning is was at room temperature & went to the store to inform them to pick it up & receive a full refund. We were informed that it had be returned within six hours, so we had to 'eat it' despite going over their heads. We put it out in the trash later that month. After 18 months we decided to give them another chance & went to purchase a electric range that plugged into the wall with no installation required. We gave the associate the dimensions, and then he said that we would have to spend an extra fee to have installed & to call them in the event there were any questions (?). Two days later, they arrived with the stove and upon seeing what we had in our home and without unpacking the item, both said "they sold you the wrong item," to which we said "put it back on the truck & take it back." The next day we asked for a refund & Lowe's gave us a 'song & dance' saying that we'll receive a partial refund! (?). I asked the associate at customer service for the phone, and told whoever was on the phone "please refund our money," and we were informed that we would indeed get a full refund. Here is the text of the letter ftom Lowe's/Synchrony Bank: We resolved your dispute claim in the amount of $2319.62 on 01/22/2026. A credit of $2319.62 has been applied to your account. What's next? Please allow 3 business days from the resolution date for the amount to be credited to your account. You can expect a letter with additional details soon. We appreciate your business and hope you continue to enjoy your MyLowe's® Rewards Credit Card. A week later, we received another letter informing us that we were still liable to pay $1,362!!! They can f--k off! We then cut up our Lowe's cards and we were exhausted having to go through especially since my wife and are undergoing radiation & chemotherapy. Save yourself the aggravation and stay away from LOWE'S!! GO TO HOME DEPOT!

The appliances have a 3 day warranty. Everything else in the store is final sale. Bring a box opener with you - there are boxes and boxes of items on steel shelving units but what's in those boxes can be a crapshoot - many weren't marked. You're welcome to open the shipping boxes to discover its contents. Again, compare prices and don't forget to look at the reviews. I had picked out a ceiling fan but once I read its reviews, I promptly put it back on the shelf. The Lowe's Outlet is definitely worth visiting. Just remember that not everything you see is actually a bargain.

We walked around the showroom for 20 minutes waiting on a salesperson to free up. Their selection of twin headboards was one. We needed a bed quickly for my MIL so we agreed to buy the one headboard and frame. We had to order a twin mattress and were assured it would be in on Monday for a Wednesday delivery. Tuesday I ask hubs to call the store to ensure they have the complete bed and are on track to deliver the bed on Wednesday. The representative tells him the mattress did not come in Monday. We emphasize we need the mattress and are given a loaner. If our mattress comes in Wednesday morning, it will be delivered is what we are told. Wednesday morning the headboard, frame and box spring are delivered along with loaner twin mattress. We are called and told that the mattress we ordered will be delivered Thursday. I go to the assisted living place to meet the delivery team and as they put the mattress on the floor I realize it's the wrong size. The guys called the store and were told they had the wrong mattress and to return to pick up the correct mattress. They wanted to remove the loaner mattress. I told them their chances had run out and I was keeping it until the purchased mattress was delivered. MIL would be on the floor if I didn't keep the loaner. Thirty minutes later hubs received a text that the purchased mattress was not part of the delivery from Chattanooga. I will update this review when we receive the purchased mattress.
