We went back and spent another 1 1/2 hrs to get it figured out. 2 days later we were told that they couldn't get the couch in the electric recline so we cancelled the couch. We took a sample of the leather for the recliners to another store to get buy a couch and make sure it went with the recliners. A month later they called and said they couldn't get the leather we wanted for the recliners. I tried to call numerous numbers to complain and finally found a number that someone answered. All we were told was to talk to the store manager. I said hell no because he was the moron that caused all this. I cancelled the complete order which was $11,000. Then we were told that if we wanted our money back for the leather protector they gave us ($43) we need to bring it back in. I said after all this you're worried about a $43 box of leather protector that you never told us you charged us for because you just handed it to us. He said yeah. NEVER AGAIN!!! The cabinet in the picture I provided was originally over $400.00 but Sam was able to work with me & got the price down to $275.00! And if you pay cash, there's no sales tax! Although they don't offer delivery (to my knowledge) the shop was kind enough to let me pay in advance & pick up my purchase a week later. Sam was so polite & well spoken, he helped my husband & father load the cabinet into our van & gave my mother & I hugs before we left. I was looking for a lift chair, and sat in several different chairs, which I also had done previously at a different store. They were all smooth and quite when changing positions. I also found another chair that would work well with the lift chair. Once the delivery people left, I tried the lift chair. I notice right away sounds and movement when putting the feet out, that I NEVER heard from any of the other chairs I tried in the store, including the same one I purchased. I called to have the chair serviced and the tech. said there was nothing wrong with it, and they all made similar noises and movements, which was not my experience with any of the chairs I tested at either store, but he would have the store call me that day or the next day. Several days later, with NO call from the store I called them. Of course, the umber you dial goes to a different location, and they would have them call me back. When I got that call from Michelle, she told me lift chairs could not be returned, and the tech said there was not a problem. Again, I did not hear the noise or the motion on any of the chairs I tried, so she said the store would call me later. It was the next day when they called me back, again repeating the same thing the others said. I just hung up on that person, but I will NEVER step foot in another Levin store again. They had NO problem taking my money!!!

Then the wrong size bed frame was delivered, then the next delivery the headboard was cracked and the nightstand ports did not work. After that the people never showed up when they were supposed to pick up and/or repair the damaged items . He finally decided to return all the items and they did not show up when they were supposed to either. Very poorly run company and warehouse , and would never buy from them again.
