Very expensive leather recliner had a scratch along the top and sides (probably due to moving or wear house?) designer came out to look at it, said it was because the chair was a 'distressed leather' . Even though these scratches are in a straight line and don't at all look like a distressed mark. They offered to order a new one but would have take our chair back and it would be 8-12 weeks until new chair arrived!!! Terrible customer service. Would not recommend this store!

My experience with Levin in North Canton started great with the sales associate Dezaray. She was…read morevery helpful, patient and kind. I was looking for a lift chair, and sat in several different chairs, which I also had done previously at a different store. They were all smooth and quite when changing positions. I also found another chair that would work well with the lift chair. Once the delivery people left, I tried the lift chair. I notice right away sounds and movement when putting the feet out, that I NEVER heard from any of the other chairs I tried in the store, including the same one I purchased. I called to have the chair serviced and the tech. said there was nothing wrong with it, and they all made similar noises and movements, which was not my experience with any of the chairs I tested at either store, but he would have the store call me that day or the next day. Several days later, with NO call from the store I called them. Of course, the umber you dial goes to a different location, and they would have them call me back. When I got that call from Michelle, she told me lift chairs could not be returned, and the tech said there was not a problem. Again, I did not hear the noise or the motion on any of the chairs I tried, so she said the store would call me later. It was the next day when they called me back, again repeating the same thing the others said. I just hung up on that person, but I will NEVER step foot in another Levin store again. They had NO problem taking my money!!!

Our salesman, Mark , was wonderful allowing us plenty of time to wander and browse, offering assistance and suggestions when needed. DON'T SHOP AT LA-Z-BOY!!! (Specifically on Dressler Rd) We spent 3 hrs in the store and picked out…read morea couch and 2 recliners. It took so long because the employee and manager were morons and didn't know anything. The next day we were told they couldn't get the couch in the leather we wanted. We went back and spent another 1 1/2 hrs to get it figured out. 2 days later we were told that they couldn't get the couch in the electric recline so we cancelled the couch. We took a sample of the leather for the recliners to another store to get buy a couch and make sure it went with the recliners. A month later they called and said they couldn't get the leather we wanted for the recliners. I tried to call numerous numbers to complain and finally found a number that someone answered. All we were told was to talk to the store manager. I said hell no because he was the moron that caused all this. I cancelled the complete order which was $11,000. Then we were told that if we wanted our money back for the leather protector they gave us ($43) we need to bring it back in. I said after all this you're worried about a $43 box of leather protector that you never told us you charged us for because you just handed it to us. He said yeah. NEVER AGAIN!!! My son bought a bedroom set that was delivered from the North Canton location…read more First of all the delivery people reeked of marijuana. Then the wrong size bed frame was delivered, then the next delivery the headboard was cracked and the nightstand ports did not work. After that the people never showed up when they were supposed to pick up and/or repair the damaged items . He finally decided to return all the items and they did not show up when they were supposed to either. Very poorly run company and warehouse , and would never buy from them again.

Also when they delivered my couch the first time movers messed it up and took a whole month to replace it and all they did to compensate me was give me a $150 store credit when I already didn't want anything else from them I just wanted them to take the 150 off my purchase and they wouldn't. Completely dishonest company!
