I went to that store and there were 4 people standing at the parts department that were extremely helpful in trying to fix my issue. I told them that the tub froze and the pipe cracked and I needed some fittings and hose to repair it. They looked at my drawing and then took me into the parts department to give me exactly what I needed and to cut a piece of hose in the length that I wanted. They got me all the fittings and their repair technician came in and asked what I was doing and I explained to him and he gave me some very good ideas on how to repair it myself and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend them for any of your pool or Spa needs or repairs. I was very impressed with their friendliness and service.

Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been very different. We recently had a few minor issues and requested maintenance. After scheduling and paying for a cleaning service, our credit card was charged, but we have yet to receive any communication about when the service will be performed. Multiple attempts to get updates have been met with little to no response. The lack of communication, concern, and attention to customer requests from Pettis has been extremely disappointing. For a company that installed a significant investment like our pool, I expected much better customer service and follow-through. At this point, I'm seriously second-guessing whether I want to continue using them for future pool service and maintenance.

Very helpful associate (Brandon) in the showroom, I described to him what I was looking for and he showed me great options. Very high quality and excellent pricing. And delivery was quick! When my dining room table was delivered, it was a little wobbly (turns out the floors in my townhouse are not level!) . My wife and I purchased a new mattress and box spring At the Greece store last Friday , May 15,…read morewith a delivery scheduled for the next day.We were told that delivery and set up were included in the price and for an extra fee , they would dispose of the old mattress and box spring. Great ! So far so good. The next day two workers showed up in a rental truck with the merchandise . When I showed them the room on the second floor , one of them spotted a small beetle on the floor and mistaking it for a bed bug said that they wouldn't complete the delivery. So off they went , leaving the new mattress and box spring on our porch and the old ones on the second floor. We closely inspected the existing mattress for any evidence of the presence any infestation and found none. It's also my understanding that if these bugs were present ,the person sleeping on the bed would have experienced bites. There has been no such thing. We had considered hiring movers to complete the work that had been promised by City Mattress but by now it had begun to rain and fearing that the new mattress might be damaged ,we dragged it indoors. Then we decided to do the moving and setup ourselves rather trying to hire movers ,causing additional expense . I'm 77 years old and my wife 76, but somehow we managed to carry the new mattress and box spring upstairs and the old ones down. Looking back, I don't think we would do that again, but at the time , it seemed that we had no choice. Well, after phone conversations and a written complaint to City Mattress's website, we've had no response. I guess the next action would be small claims court. I would say that if you're a senior and need a reliable service from a furniture company, avoid City Mattress.

If you get home and realize they they rang something up twice when you go back they treat you like you are a criminal. Surveillance needs to be checked and if they cant access that they tell you that they will call you with their findings. 3-4 trips back to the store and when they realize that they were in the wrong they do not apologize or compensate you for your time or inconvenience. They were rude throughout the entire time to an 88 year old woman. It made me sick that someone would treat her that way. I used to like shopping at that store but I won't any more.

Knowing that, and then meeting a salesperson like Morris at this location, let's you know that you can get exactly what you want, and have it shipped if not already in stock. Our conundrum was matching up a mission style set of nightstands, which was quite difficult believe it or not. Morris walked us through the showroom and offered input, when he could see our quizzical looks, and guided us to some options that might work. We found a set that was gorgeous and well made, and went for it. We had previously ordered a set from them online with no store experience, and we cancelled that order due to extending lead times. We were able to get that all taken care of in store, courtesy of Morris and customer service. Fast forward to delivery - we opted to pick up in store, and Kyle at the dock helped us get the pieces into our SUV's. Kyle made this a breeze and was pleasant and fun! We noticed when we got home, that one leg looked funny on the large dresser, when we unloaded it, we realized there was internal damage to the left side of the dresser, but no external damage. We called right away and spoke to Hannah, who worked through the issue with ease and positivity, and soon thereafter received an email advising they will exchange the unit for us. This was one heck of a customer service win! I couldn't be more thankful for their customer focus and customer service. Bravo!
