I ordered a sofa after a friend of mine…read moretold me where she got hers from ( it was by far the most comfy sofa I had ever sat on!) so in 2017 I went out and ordered it ( King Hickory ) but they sell several USA made brands . These are 8 way hand tied sofas which is how they feel so awesome lying or sitting on ! It's not imported garbage , but hand made in NC. I got to pick out everything from the fabric ( Shannon is a huge help & I put no pressure at all on me ! ) to the extra deep type sofa I wanted ( I have 4 dogs one is 120 lbs so I wanted enough room he could sit or lie on my sofa w me if he wanted ). Five years later , my sofa is like new .I wanted a nice comfy ( down filled cushions like my sofa ), so last summer I went back and tried out 15 different chairs that were my taste & settled on another "king hickory "chair and a half with ottoman . I was even able to add another booster pillow for my lower back in sofa fabric. Shannon let me know up front it could be 9 months to a year until it was here , and sure enough I got an email today (about 8 months later )to tell me to expect delivery next month! I cannot recommend this company enough. I believe Shannon is an owner ,but everyone I've ever had her me has been phenomenal! They're super nice but put no pressure on you to up grade to leather etc like a lot of companies do. I changed my mind about 4 x in the store on fabric & she was so patient ! As I said , I had such a good experience with them in 2017 I knew I'd drive out there as soon as I wanted a reading chair. I'd never buy anywhere else ! I live in Crestline & Trussville location is about 20 min from me so worth the trip !

I had never heard of the place, but I looked it up and I liked what I saw. It's in a super cute building and the inside is so cozy. There were so many options to choose from related to painting pottery. I chose two items and soon after the employees guided us through what we needed to do to make our pieces look great. It really was a good time with my work committee and I'm looking forward to seeing the pieces once they've been processed. I'm hoping we get them before Christmas. I highly suggest you check this place out if you want to do something with a group or some type of team building .

The stores are always well laid out...organization and neatness are a theme. They have all sorts of stuff for the home including seasonal things (currently spring type stuff) as well as year round staples . blankets - art - furniture - nick knacks - candles - just about anything you could possible need for the home, they have it. Prices are typically pretty good, and they have lot's of sales items. If you sign up and provide your email, pretty much immediately, you'll get a 20% of regular price coupon. This really made my visit memorable. I was only here to pick up a few things. This location is really clean and nicely arranged. They have a nice selection in every department. I also love that they have a dedicated recycling station. This Target location is always buzzing but it's not hard to get in and out of.

I've called several times, emailed my sales person, and even went in person and I spoke the to manager. Each time I was told someone would be sending me what I requested and have gotten nothing three months later So their service after the sale is terrible and they have a long delay for delivery once the item has been ordered. Buyer beware. If you do order something from them, get all your manuals up front BEFORE delivery because you will NOT get them afterwards. Apparently. I don't think they aren't reputable, they just have lousy customer service and a manger who doesn't seem to care -so I can't really recommend them unless you take precautions to offset the lousy customer service.

This review is for the Oxford, AL location of Royal Furniture. As bad as I hate doing this, I had…read moreto make it known. On September 16th, I went to the store just to look around. I had already seen the furniture that I wanted to buy but I wanted to give it a second look. Fast forward...I purchased the furniture, put a down payment on it and was given a delivery date. A few days later, in fact, it was a week later, I received a call that I needed to put more money down, to which I declined and asked for a refund. I was told that I would get a refund but they would have the store manager call me back. On Thursday (9/ 25) the manager called me back and tried to convince me to make payments toward the additional down payment. Again, I declined and was told that I would get my refund in 7-10 business days. On yesterday (10/2), I called to check if my refund had been processed and I was told that they would pass a message to the manager. After not receiving a call back, I called again and was told that the refund was processed yesterday(10/1) because the manager wanted to get the "numbers" in for last month. So I had to wait another week for a refund because someone wanted their sales numbers to look good for September. The first red flag that I dismissed was.... my daughter who I used as a reference, received a text letting her know that I just made a purchase and was asked if she knew me. She replied "Y". This has never happened to me before. It is my understanding that if you don't pay for your purchases the references would be called. At any rate, I think that I dodged a bullet with this company but as of 10/3/25, I still have not received the refund that is due to me.
