Jason is a truly Talented Videographer and AV Service Provider. I received a corporate AV booking that needed live streaming and Video Production beyond what my company could provide. After searching I was fortunate to find Jason who absolutely delivered for my event and client. He provided live streaming, video production and live auction support that essentially saved the day. He went well above his scope of work to deliver for the client. It's been 8 months and no word from out videographer. We've been completely ghosted. They won't reply to emails or calls. Sadly we're having to consider breach of contract legal options. What started off as a referral from a close friend has resulted in the terrifying reality that we may never relive the moments shared during our wedding. First the pandemic forced us to reschedule our wedding twice. Then our contracted vendors refused to refund any portion of our payment when the pandemic haunted our wedding plans. Now were being tormented by a vendor that refuses to pick up the phone and give us an update. The fact that couples are required to pay full freight for some wedding vendors without any guarantees should be illegal. Unfortunately I can't recommend anyone use this vendor given the horrible experience we've encountered. read more

Jason and Mary truly exceeded our expectations! Starting with our initial inquiry/consultation, we were able to really feel that they were in this for the customer rather than themselves. They took a lot of time to get to know us and our story so that they could tailor our product specifically to us, capturing all the important aspects of our lives. When we were shooting for our love story, we were scheduled for a certain amount of time, but Jason shot for a lot longer because he really wanted to capture all the best shots, instead of just settling with what he had simply because of a time constraint. This is how you really know they're in it for the customer! On the wedding day, there were some technical difficulties with the equipment and setup, but Jason and Mary were quick on their feet and delivered seamlessly. They premiered our love story and a surprise same-day-edit to all our guests and we were completely in love with the results. All of our guests could not stop telling us how much they loved the video and many of them shared it on Facebook shortly after! Jason and Mary are an extremely talented couple and worth every penny. They managed to put together a same day edit for our wedding and all of our guests including myself and my husband were blown away. Jason and Mary are incredibly talented, and it was the best experience working with them! Mary is an old friend of mine from college, but ten years later, when I saw some of her editing work on Facebook, I KNEW I had to go to her and her husband for our video! Jason was great with communicating with us pricing and options, as well as setting up our film day even if it was in the middle of one of their own vacations. We met in downtown SF, and filmed at a park that was meaningful to us, and they made everything a breeze! They directed us, but also let us truly be our own goofy selves! If you are contemplating hiring them for your wedding, stop now and seriously consider hiring Mary and Jason as your 1st choice! My husband and I are so fortunate to have made the decision to hire them. My husband and I were very fortunate to have great vendors and At Last was no exception. Jason and Mary were everything we expected and 100 times more! From the beginning they were a breeze to work with. We felt like we were in good hands because of the portfolio they have and also they are the kind of people you can feel totally comfortable with. It's a priceless quality. Wedding days can be stressful and the videographers are with you all day. It's important to find a team that makes you feel at ease. Mary and Jason were exactly that. When the big day finally rolled around Jason and Mary arrived on time and took care of business in an almost invisible way. They got incredible footage and I barely even noticed them around. I'm not usually comfortable speaking in front of the camera but Mary made me feel like we were just chatting. Girl talk almost. It was a perfect time to stop and reflect on what was happening and to almost take it all in. Everyone says that the wedding day flashes by, but I think having Mary helped me soak it all in. I can't say enough how much I appreciated that. During our portrait session, my husband and I felt extremely comfortable with Mary and Jason and it was almost like they weren't there again... in a great way! My husband and I got to share our first moments as man and wife together without feeling like there was a camera in our face the whole time. They respected our space but captured everything at the same time. Mary and Jason delivered our video on time and also had an awesome preview for us. We appreciated how great they were to work with the day of and we were confident the video would turn out good but seeing the final product just blew us away. They really exceeded our greatest expectations! Getting married feels like a surreal dream, and they collected all of that so beautifully for us. Jason and Mary just filmed my wedding last month, and did an AMAZING job! We found them through our friends who got married last year, Danny and Laura, and loved their wedding video so much we had to check them out. I watched a TON of wedding films from different San Diego companies before deciding on At Last, and ultimately it wasn't even a close decision on choosing who to go to-- no one compared to the quality of Jason and Mary's videos.
