It is almost like a Matterport but is a fraction of the price and comes with an interactive floor plan. Adding it gives your listing preferential placement on Zillow and results in you getting the Zillow leads directly rather than Zillow sending it to their agents that pay for their leads. I have used Preview First for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. Highly recommend.

They have about 3-4 different studios, but Studio A is a great place to track drums. The studio is equipped with a kitchen, 2 very clean restrooms (thanks Hunter!) and a lounge equipped with a big screen tv, dvd and satellite tv. Above Studio A they even have a lounge where the bands can relax and observe what's going on down below. All in all this is the place. Blink 182, Wolfmother, Humpty, and many others have recorded there as well. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money to make your recording worthwhile....

Our wedding simply wouldn't be the same without Quixotic Pictures. Jenny and Scott are two amazingly talented, warm individuals and together, are just magic. From the first conversation we had with them, we knew they were our people. So kind, compassionate, caring and focused exclusively on the goal: creating a video that reflected our day and our love. They listen, they ask, and it shows in their finished product. Your special day is exactly that- your special day. For any vendor, it's one of many special days in their calendar. For Scott and Jenny, they made us feel like it was special- not just another booking. Not only can you not fake that, but it's authentically them. They love what they do. The finished product? It goes without saying that Quixotic pictures makes beautiful videos, but what we really appreciated was their professionalism in making them. During our wedding, they were in the background capturing all the key moments, but not in the moment with us. There is nothing worse than going to a wedding and seeing the videographer in the aisle or at the alter with the couple. Scott and Jenny did a great job of being discreet, yet capturing the emotions of the day. And then we love their videos! So many people said they cried watching our highlight video, and the music was perfectly coordinated to the shots. It is a leap of faith when you get a videographer since you don't see their work until much later, but with Scott and Jenny, we always knew we were in good hands, and they exceeded our expectations. Also, we planned our whole wedding from London, so we never met Scott and Jenny in person until the day of the wedding, even though we had numerous email exchanges and a skype chat about what we wanted. Stop wasting your time if you are looking anywhere else for professional video work. When my business partner and I took a new $12.5 million dollar real estate listing, we knew there was only one team that could convey the scale and emotion of the home. Scott and Jenny helped us produce three separate videos, totaling over 10 minutes in length. They had to source actors, hair and makeup, the proper equipment, and aerial photography. The shoot was scheduled down to the minute over a 3 day period, going off without a hitch. Their professionalism made a lasting impression not only on us but with our client. To produce a truly great video, you need the proper camera, lens selection, stabilization equipment, lighting, color correction, editing, and distribution. You only get married once, hopefully, and you want your big day to be epically captured. Dillan and his team did exactly that for us. Our package included a "Love Story" video before the big day. We got together with Dillan in Balboa Park and spent the afternoon filming and getting to know each other. I cannot stress this enough, getting this face time in beforehand, and getting to meet Dillan and see what a lovely person is, made us feel so at ease on our wedding day. By the time Dillan and his team arrived we already felt so comfortable and cared for, that it felt like welcoming another guest to the celebration, instead of feeling unsure of how to act around a camera. Plus, the gorgeous sweeping drone coverage they captured at our ceremony site seriously feels like something from a movie. We received our wedding highlight video this week and my new husband and I can't stop watching it. We have cried like 75 times, in the nicest way possible. Dillan was a fantastic videographer for our wedding day in October of 2022. Very nice guy and super…read moreprofessional in the prep and consulting process -he outlined exactly what his process was and what our deliverables would be in very clear language. In addition to all of the raw footage (ceremony, speeches, etc.), Dillan also produces a short 4-7min Wedding Day video to encapsulate the big day and enable us to rewatch some of the highlight moments again and again. He even incorporated our vows into the intro of the video, which gave the whole thing an ethereal sense of sentimentality before diving into the more "party vibe" of the second half of the video... it's a really cool end product to have, and we even bought a digital coffee table book to show it off the right way. Dillan even allowed us to choose the music for that video, which made us feel like we were part of the creative process as well, and certainly made the video feel more like "OURS" than if he had not brought us into the loop like he did. Dillan even seemed to have a good time on the day of... he was obviously there to do a job but it certainly felt nice to feel like he was enjoying being part of the day, and that in turn helped everybody there to be at their most natural and comfortable in the wedding day footage. I've spent a couple months researching videographers/cinematographers and ended up falling in love with RJF's style. Every video clip I've watched really moved me, I was in tears and had many "aw" moments watching them. I knew I wanted them to tell our story just the same way. We worked with Jeremy who was our main shooter along with a second shooter. Our wedding was in February of last year, during the time when it was not only freezing, but raining like crazy that Winter. Our wedding day was gloomy, super cold, and had some showers and rain through out the day. I was so so sad mostly because of this and truly thought the day would be ruin as we wouldn't be able to capture what we wanted. I was wrong. Brandon took care of the logistics and packages. He was very responsive in communication, even when he was on vacation. Our shooter was Jeremy and one other. Jeremy and his team worked seamlessly with our photographer team (True Photography); there were times we didn't know they were there. He really went above and beyond for me. When I had discovered that the venue did not put out our welcome to our wedding sign that we've spent several days making, I was so bummed and contacted Jeremy to see if he happened to have the footage. No footage found. However, he was so kind and suggested to meet me at the venue the next day so that he can shoot it to include in the video. I really wanted it to be apart of our opening intro to our highlight video so I was so happy that he was able to do it! Many thanks again, Jeremy! For editing, Russ was so communicative and was very patient with some of the changes and requests that I wanted. I appreciated that they were also on time with delivering the product and allowed us an allotted time for review and edits. Our DJ had really messed up the grand entrance announcement of names so I kindly asked Russ to edit certain parts and also edit some snippets of songs in different areas so the beat drops at a specific time during the video. Yes, I'm a bit particular :). It took alot of work reviewing the clips and lining up the song, but when I asked him, he nailed it and edited it perfectly! The video was seamless. Our cold, rainy day was captured with warmth, smiles, emotions, fun and laughter, just what we wanted, but didn't expect. Watching the video today still brings tears to our eyes. It was the story that I wanted them to tell, and they told it perfectly. Thank you so much for capturing moments that I didn't think you could and most importantly, making it so memorable for us and our family. I highly recommend RJF! And a word of advice, invest in your cinematography, you will not be disappointed with them!

There was no proper lighting for our evening functions so the video is all dark. The actual wedding is edited incorrectly bc they "lost footage" - the order of the wedding is jumbled (how does that even happen, that is so basic). It's embarrassing to watch the video with family and friends. Unfortunately, there is no way to turn back time and recapture the day - hiring Blue Pearl is my biggest regret from our wedding. Update: If you want to play the defensive game - here is the email you sent me letting me know that you lost footage :). Thanks - can't recreate my wedding day, unfortunately. Oh, and every other videographer comes prepared with lighting for an evening event. Never seen such poor quality footage. Upon close examination of the problem area you mentioned I need to disclose we have some footage missing from that section. Unfortunately the rear camera had a malfunction and we lost a small portion or short file that was the circling part. The front camera is not always stable and or/has zooming in or out that would not be good to use. The cut to the rear camera at that time is from an earlier circle around. We have 3 choices, 1) Leave it as is, 2) insert some crowd scenes or other B-roll into places that repeat, 3) or edit out that part and just show less of the circling. All the rest was fine. Just that one portion did we loose a file to corruption. Thanks and very sorry abut that. Please let me know what you think.

Eric was very inconspicuous the whole time, so it never felt like we were being videotaped. In addition, we were shocked at how fast we received our DVDs. Eric makes great use of music in our video as well. The only things I wish were that the audio was better and that we had paid extra for HD. In addition, I would have loved more footage of my kids, especially their walk down the aisle, as our ring bearers. All in all, however, I highly recommend Eric as your wedding videographer.
