Luke from Yeller Towing was beyond patient and helpful in trying to and finally locating the car after two attempts. Luke stayed in touch the entire time and was absolutely amazing in helping us. After 40 years of being in the area, he knew the roads well and his guy found the car and towed it in same day within a short period of time! His pricing was upfront and HONEST! Beyond that it was affordable (almost unheard of) Everyone else that I called gave me quotes that were astronomical and d$#@ near asked for blood, first born and my tax refund. None of them even knew the exact location of the car, they quoted from one city to the next instead. One guy even quoted 500 bucks stating that he had to use his flat bed and it was far. WHAT?! This place just recently changed ownership, and the new ownership had a very high bar to achieve just to maintain the service excellence I had received in the past. My 2021 suburban with GM's pathetic failure of a 10 speed has been having shifting issues for a long time. I had taken to the stealerships a few different times while under warranty and ofcourse they claimed it was fine every time. Now that the warranty expired, if failed. GM, of course, is refusing to make things right - so while exploring legal action, I still need to get it back on the road. So I brought my Suburban to Shaun (the new owner of Natco). Wait times have always been decent and we have found them to be helpful, knowledgeable and prices are decent. My recent experience adds to their five star service. After getting our Pacifica serviced for an upcoming trip, I drove home and immediately started to hear a new noise coming from the front tire. I pulled in my driveway (only a few miles away) and my warning light came on indicating no tire pressure. I drove back and the Quick Lane Manager Ross Erickson greeted me "what's wrong, you just left". I told him what happened and he personally took in the van ahead of the waiting cars. He also took care of the problem himself. Apparently, I ran over a large metal object that made the noise and a large puncture in my tire. He did it quick and NO Charge with a smile. I was…read moreon my way to bring my daughter to school when my low oil pressure light came on (I know I know I should check my oil but I just didn't...life ‍ Lesson learned!) anyway I pulled into Quick Lane Tire and Auto center at 6:48am (they open at 7) where Ivan greeted me and quickly checked my oil and added a quart without hesitation and told me get my kids to school and to come back after (which I did!) for an oil change. When I got there he noticed I had completely worn tires and needed those too! He was able to get my tires on that morning and at a great price! I am SO thankful for people like Ivan n this crazy world he was SO wonderful to work with in the midst of my panic! It's people like him that make this world go round!
