I came here on the recommendation of a friend and I so regret my decision. I came here for a cut and colour. My stylist was Kenji. I showed him a photo of myself of the cut that I want and told him to not to make my colour copper red. He said he could do it after agreeing on a colour of the chart. It doesn't matter about the language barrier. He may have misunderstood. But there is no excuse for the poor service and attitude. I had better experiences from other asian/japanese salons. Halfway through the process he says he cannot achieve the cut (WTF!!!!) and left my hair a SHOCKING short cut and COPPER RED!!!! It was not what I wanted. I thought he was going to get someone to fix it but Noooo!!! Kenji said that he didn't have the skills and what I wanted was impossible. Why did he not tell me in the beginning? I am not a difficult person. Furthermore If I was difficult I would have made a complaint and not paid but I didn't. I paid full price! Very upset afterwards. On top of that, the massage was like painful cranial surgery and I got no offers of water/tea...... I had to go to another salon to fix it and am now lighter in the pocket :( DON'T GO HERE !!!!
