No one came in to let me know the doctor was running behind or to check in. I finally opened the door to ask if the doctor was coming, and the staff responded with attitude, saying he was with another patient. When the doctor eventually came in, I overheard him say, "Uh-oh, I'm in trouble," which just felt unprofessional and dismissive of the situation. The assistant with him didn't greet me, say anything, or acknowledge me at all. The whole vibe was cold and uncomfortable. Between this and my past issues with billing--where I was told I owed something I clearly didn't--this place has become extremely unwelcoming. I won't be coming back.

The doctor felt my ankle for all of 10 seconds, said I had Achilles tendonitis and needed to rest and gave me a piece of paper with some generic stretches. After about 2 weeks, the swelling and pain were only getting worse and I went to the emergency room. They quickly diagnosed me with DVT and PE (I had blood clots in my legs and lungs!!). I spent 4 days in the ICU. According to them, I should've had an MRI done because this is common and can be deadly. The fact that it wasn't even mentioned or thought about in my appointment is extremely disappointing and shows lack of care. I would not recommend this office.

I have never waited long here and I have never waited outside. The staff is very friendly and…read morehelpful. Always had a good interaction with all of the employees. I never wait long in the waiting room and I've never waited outside either. They have about 7 to 10 chairs in the lobby if I remember correctly. I have no complaints about this place and highly recommend. The only strange thing is it's a very quick process when the doctor finally sees you. It's about 5-10 minutes total on average. So you are in n out to sat the least but but has always helped me with any questions and comments I've ever had. And he definitely helped me with my toes 100%. Everything after that is up to you and your insurance, so be sure to ask about billing and insurance questions before you leave. Thanks guys

The staff scheduled numerous appointments only to give her the run around for months and never giving her any shoes. They made amateur mistakes on orders (like writing the wrong size on the order) and tried to blame the patient instead of owning them. My mother left several messages for Dr. Clous, which were never returned and shoes never received. When Dr. Clous finally decided to call, she berated my mother on the phone then hung up on her while she was still talking, a disabled diabetic senior citizen inquiring about her diabetic shoes taking several months, multiple appointments and never getting a shoe. All people are deserving of respect. My mother is a retired healthcare professional and has never conducted herself in such a rude and disturbing manner with anyone as Dr. Clous has done. As a former patient myself, I always felt she tried to rush through our appointments.

Dr John informed me and talked with me and explained everything that was necessary in order for me to have my surgery we waited a week. He did the surgery and I've had no problems with it since. I had a very good friend whom went to an orthopedic and she walks like a pirate unfortunately. Thank God, I left that orthopedic office in so much pain and went to Dr John and did such an amazing job that I barely had any swelling. it healed very quickly and he did it with one surgery. He always tries many other ways to deal with your foot issues other than trying to rush you into surgery like so many doctors do. I would never go to another podiatrist and I'm so grateful for him every day . He has always made me feel like I was his special patient.. I trust him completely and you would too. If you had experienced the things that I've been through . I can't say enough positive things about him. He is an amazing doctor and worth every minute of waiting,that is if you have to wait. i've never had to wait for very long and like I said if I did, it was worth every minute I highly recommend Dr John. ,He is so kind but mainly so intelligent and probably the best foot doctor you could possibly get. The office is run by the best customer service you can imagine they always get back to you and always seem to work you in even when I can't imagine how he would ever have enough time. The funny thing is, I was not the patient, my daughter was and the doctor, along with his nasty receptionist wife, were so rude and unprofessional that my grown daughter had to get me on the phone with the two of them to try and explain how our HRA Insurance works! Neither one of them clearly had any idea how it worked and demanded my daughter pay for her visit before submitting the bill to the insurance company. The doctor actually walked out of the examination room, left my daughter there and proceeded to call another patient in. My daughter tried to show her the letter from our insurance company to show her how to proceed with billing. The receptionist would not even look at it! All they told her was they don't care how it works, she wasn't leaving until she paid the bill. My daughter reluctantly paid the bill and walked out. I in turn, called the BIT%# and cussed her out. Sorry but it had to be done! They clearly have a pattern and all they care about is Money, not patient care. They need to brush up on how different insurances work. After talking with her, I believe my experience was likely a fluke (with the help of a poor admin/front desk). I know she cared very much about the situation. I made an appt over 30 days in advance on this group's website tool. The website features medical pedicures and safety. (I came away with the impression that they were providing waterless pedicures, which apparently is not the case.) The positive reviews that I looked at which spoke to the "dry pedicures" were apparently dated. The entire situation could have easily been avoided with competent front office processing, and respect for a client/patient's time. Everything could have been managed around...but the time factor was a tipping point. I ended up leaving their office at almost the same time that my pedicure was supposed to be ending. Thank you.
