He is friendly and didn't seem to be rushing through the exam. He has answered all of my many questions with answers that were easy for me to understand and suggestions to help out my feet. Sometimes it is very busy and other times you can breeze right in. The lobby is small and you may find yourself sitting right next to strangers which in this day and age feels mask worthy. The billing has been normal and I haven't had any real issues at this point.

His staff are all very friendly, helpful, and kind also. If you need any podiatric care, I would recommend looking no further. You will be well taken care of here. I was so happy to come across this facility just browsing Zocdoc. Helpful to note also that the facility is wheelchair accessible and there is plenty of parking as this is not always the case with every medical building. There's nothing like going to a specialist that knows their stuff! After having been operated on by…read morea different podiatrist and not having the desired results, I was apprehensive on Dr. Cain but now I'm so glad I went to him. The staff has always been pleasant, he's knowledgeable, and my recovery was ten times better with him compared to my previous surgery. I recommend him as do people I know that have also been treated by him.

She was reluctant to help me raise my legs on to the table. Even worse, when I was ready to leave, she refused to raise the table that would help get me up. I finally had to call my wife and another aide finally came in and raised the table. I almost had to call 911. No handicapped individual should ever be subjected to this humiliation. I have never been treated with such disrespect. And when I informed the doctor, she seemed indifferent.

Especially the left one that he ASSURED ME "wouldn't be a problem", well....IT'S a PROBLEM. There are days the kiddie if they left foot hurts so badly, I can't do stairs, AT ALL! (Not good in a 3 story house!). THE tie (1) I originally had trouble with, is FAR worse than before ANY of the surgeries he done on it. The "original", the corrective, the corrective to the current ice, the corrective ones to fix his corrections, ,the correction for the broken rod......Etc. The two toes that started TURNING after surgery to straighten them from curving, are STILL turning (twisting), AJD he clipped the leaders in the bottom, so they hang out well past my big toe, which they never did, by now it's just plain freakish. It's horrible pain to wear shoes, was already in a 13. I asked SPECIFICALLY on two SEPERATE VISITS about each tOE,?if they become an issue it cause problems. (One, WHILE washing his hands, he glanced AT ME and said "None"! The other, I went for X-rays of both feet, they had me leave shoes and socks off, he came in and told me the X-rays looked fine and started out. I asked about her other one, "what about the 2nd toe,?the one that's TWISTING, will it be an issue?" Never looking back, not at me, nit looking surprised, but straight for the door, he replied, "No, it'll be fine". ) MAYBE it be will, he didn't specify if he meant , full time, in SEVERAL years, after I'm dead, or what. So, maybe after death it will be fine'! I don't want to rush to judgement. I just know for now....it hurts like hell. Due to daily life with this mess....I'm changing the 2 stars to one, it won't let me give less. I'd THOUGHT the way (a couple if then) pretended to care, and on SOME days were actually nice, that after the first review, they'd call and say "sorry about that", even if he didn't have the ethics to say "I'll fix it if you allow!" Or,,"ok, so I answered, not knowing what you were talking about because I didn't even look or know what I was answering "No" too, but if you'll come back I'll look and see if I should have paid more attention, or if I just lied and didn't care!" But.....NOTHING, not even a comment. I guess I should have figured something changed when he was always so busy/eager to get in and out, (NOT busy with patients!!!!). That he put he steroid shot in the wrong foot, and then said, "was that right, or dud I put that in he wrong foot?" I guess it was up to me, who knew????

I have visited Dr. Lewis twice. Each time I felt like he was more interested in selling me things…read morethan treating me. The first visit he sold me foot and ankle braces to help with my numbness in my feet. The second visit he sold me shoe inserts and a fungal ointment to treat my toes, even though he told me I did not have a fungus. The ointment he sold me, he charged me $35 and I found out I could get at Walmart for $8. I wanted a refund but he would not do it. I have never been to a doctor before that prescribed something and then had it in his office to sell it to you. Just doesn't feel right. I will not return and do not recommend him.

He only gave me one option which was a 2 hour surgery under anesthesia. I found out later that there was another more non evasive procedure to try which I will have from a different Dr. I do not recommend him.

Doc saw my wife for a painful bunion. He talked to her about options including non op however he…read moreset reasonable expectations. She decided to get her bunion fixed which she had had trouble with for a few years now. She was nervous but he was able to fix her toe with a few small incisions and a couple of screws. it has been almost three months now and she is walking in shoes just fine .

When I arrived everyone was very welcoming and friendly and I was seen right away. The office is clean, modern and beautifully appointed. Dr. Farley was very nice and thorough, reviewing my tragic foot history and treatment in detail. A great experience and pleased to find such a nice office! I highly recommend.
