I have seen numerous doctors, the podiatrist, & home remedies. Including icing, stretching, medications such as prednisone, corticosteroids and 800 mg ibuprofen. NOTHING has worked! I recently tried some advice and saw Rachelle at Spectrum Fitness for an orthopedic massage. After her magically hands did their work on my foot and calf, I was able to stand up on my foot WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!! On a pain scale from 1-10 I was basically at a 15. As I would compare walking to "walking on bloody stumps". After the one hour of therapy on my calf and foot, I was immediately at a 1 meaning no pain at all!! AMAZING! I instantly scheduled another appointment for treatment on my other foot. I can definitely tell the difference in my feet! I can walk normally and stand up without the excruciating pain! I am so grateful that words can not express my gratitude to her! Thank you Rachelle and I will definitely send anyone I can your way and love Spectrum Fitness! And to not only mention the massage therapy but Spectrum Fitness is an impeccably clean gym and the friendly atmosphere sets Spectrum Fitness far above the other gyms in Minot! They offer so many different styles of fitness that there is something available for everyone! I've tried the Aerial Yoga and had a blast! There is basic learning the moves and then there are options to try more challenging poses (if your up to trying).

They have a lot of different options for classes for adults as well as kids and the coaches are very upbeat, professional, friendly, and so knowledgeable. It's a top notch operation from the facility to the staff. For the skills and confidence they give my kids the price is definitely a bargain.

I really enjoyed my time working out here. It's 24 hrs, small but contains every equipment one…read moremight need to get a lean or muscular physic. A classroom for classes and yoga. A free weight area and cardio area. The employees are very nice and greet you anytime you walked through the door.(except for really late at night, no one is at the desk then) The owner is actually there most afternoon, and he personally makes sure everybody is happy there. I hope to see this company expand into other state, I might even buy franchise.
