This resulted in hundreds of dollars in late fees and interest and a state filing payment being submitted twice. Three weeks after writing Brian to ask about the delay in completing my filings and the duplicate payment error, he responded letting me know he would be terminating me as a client and would not help recover the overpayment with no explanation. This has been the worst result I have ever had working with an accountant and I strongly caution against working with Perkis CPA.
