Your warranty does NOT state "Two months warranty not including physical damage" it states "60 day warranty unless your phone had prior water or physical damage". Phone does not have any water or physical damage. And if we would have noticed it a month or 2 down the road it would be a different story but it was 8 DAYS and like I said it could have been there the next day because it's really fine and you can't see it. For all I know it could be a faulty screen which you could send back to the manufacturer. Even my insurance company even said it should be under warranty.

The staff members and volunteers were all very friendly and communicative. There's ample free parking around the back side of the building which also the same place that I needed to enter to donate blood on 7/1/21. I was a little bummed that they did not hand out the red and white ARC hats as advertised from July 1-5. The guy who checked me in and took all my vitals said they were very slow that day - as typical for around the lunch hour. Which, by the way, I showed up about 20 minutes early before my scheduled noon appointment and it was of no inconvenience for them. The dreadful COVID-19 masks are no longer necessary if you are fully vaccinated. Here's hoping my rare blood type will help another family in the near future. Thanks for the bottled water & snacks!
