Don't let the good reviews fool you! Cheap quality and evern worse customer service is what youll get here. i guess you get what you pay for. I've been coming here for years and in the past year something changed and ive had the worst service here. Went in for a repair for my iphone 15 screen that was cracked and had a damaged LCD, keep in mind that this IS THE ONLY TIME MY SCREEN WAS ACTUALLY CRACKED, it was $120 and they replaced the screen quickly and i was out of there in under 15 minutes. Right away i noticed the quality of the screen sucked and was very glitchy, i called and they replaced the screen free of charge. Then a week later i noticed multiple black spots on my screen after taking it out of my pocket, no drop or anything and i had a damaged LCD again. so i go in and pay $120 again to fix this thinking nothing of it. just shy of a month later same thing happens! without dropping my phone a discolored line appeared on my screen, just simply pulled it out if my purse. AGAIN I go in store and pay the $120 once more to get it replaced. everything is fine and 2 months go by, and can anyone guess what happened? yup same issue, pulled my phone out if my front pocket and what do you know!! a damaged LCD screen, no drop no sitting on the phone, nothing and the cheap screen still got damaged. At this point, im convinced this is the cheap screens that they are using. i go ahead and call the store and i am then greeted by JIN, i explain my situation and he proceeds to place the blame entirely on me saying that it must be me who keeps dropping my phone and causing the damage in a very mean and rude tone. He also said that i could get an entire new iphone and that he could guaruntee that i'd still probably have to come in for a repair eventually since i clearly am causing the issue. I mentioned that at that point i had already spent almost $400 in repairs with them in just a few short months. and instead of being sympathetic or finding a resolution for me, he proceeded to be rude and condescending. He mentioned that he wasnt the owner so i asked to speak to the owner to see if i got a better customer service but he refused, just kept telling me "oh trust me hes gonna tell you the same thing, weve been in business for over 10 years and this has never been an issue so its just you." literally almost cried from how rude he was being. at this point i just hung up the phone since he had no resolution for me just harsh comments. i never got my screen repaired and have just been dealing with a damaged LCD that has gotten much worse from daily use of my phone and now im $400 down the drain due to repair world. they lost a loyal customer forsure. read more

I had an extremely painless experience here. I thought that I needed to have my charging port replaced on my iPhone 13 Pro, but Daniel was quickly (like 10 minutes, quickly) able to figure out that it only needed to have the metal "fingers" inside bent back into shape to be back in working order. Because they are relatively inexpensive, even though for my needs it is a great phone I decided to get it repaired. After getting some basic quotes, it did not make sense to repair since I could get a refurbished phone for the same cost that is until I found Repair World. This is the ONLY place I go for my electronic repair needs. I literally sit on the couch and wait about 15 minutes or less and book my screen is fixed. Now, please ask if they have replacements in stock before you go in and ask about wait time. I cracked the front AND back of my iPhone and the front screen was fixed fairly quickly, but the technician let me know that my back screen would take a long time to fix because the glue needed to settle, and I that was helpful info. I paid under $200 to get the front screen fixed on my iPhone 12 Pro and the technician even informed me of the message I would get in my settings about having a replacement part. I previously took a phone in and he noticed that my speaker was broken and offered to replace that for me and it was very affordable, when the screen didn't work because of a motherboard issue, I was promptly refunded and I didn't even have to ask. read more

After an entire 4 years having my IPhone X without any accidents, I unfortunately cracked my back glass when my phone slipped out of my shorts on a quick run. Huge bummer.
