He gave me the best quote for deep cleaning the hallway leading to the rooms, entrance to the apartment and living room and one room. There were some dark spots in some areas that needed special cleaning.. and Mr Felix and his daughter took very good care of each spot and made sure they were GONE. We requested a cleaning service for our area rug and we made an appointment and they said to expect them between 2pm-5pm and no one showed up or called us to let us know they weren't going to make it. Wow wow wow is all I can say!!!! As you all know we're in the middle of a quarantine and trying to keep everything disinfected, so I was on the lookout for someone who could deep clean my carpets. I'm so glad I found Mr. Felix! I waited a day for the carpets to completely dry to leave my review and I am so happy and impressed! Not only did he thoroughly clean my carpets (I clean them with an at home carpet cleaner once a year, they were really dirty), but he disinfected them! All together we paid $110 ($85 for the cleaning and an additional $25 for the disinfecting service) so not bad at all. I had a great experience with Mr Felix Carpet Care. I reached out to 4 different carpet cleaning services, and this company responded within 10 minutes and remained very responsive throughout the entire process. Received the quote and booked the service via Yelp messaging. They did a phenomenal job and took extra care getting out staircase stains as well as stains made from a previous tenant that another company couldn't remove. We were moving out and wanted to ensure we got our security deposit back. Our carpet was cleaner than when we moved in thanks to Mr Felix Carpet Care. I am very happy with their service and highly recommend them! PROS - very responsive and communicative - quoting and booking process can be done entirely via Yelp messaging - showed up within the appointment timeframe - price was the lowest of all the companies that provided a quote - results were excellent - friendly and professional crew - accepts credit card - follows up when service is complete CONS - not able to book a specific time; you can only book a timeframe as in between 1pm - 4pm because they aren't 100% sure when they will complete a prior job. (They still showed up closer to beginning of the time frame booked) TIP: be very specific during the quoting process. As in, tell them exactly which rooms to clean. I failed to mention the walk-in closets and dining room because I figured they were a given when I mentioned the square footage of the entire house during the booking process, but I ended up having to pay extra for neglecting to mention these areas. However, he still gave me a slight discount by knocking off the price of one of the walk-in closets. Overall, the price was still lower than what the other companies quoted, so all is well . read more
