ATC Buses came highly recommended from the folks at Reunion Golf Resort. We required transportation for 24 guys on a golf trip. The booking process was seamless and all details were sent promptly via email. Unfortunately we had to cancel the trip due to the fact we were coming from Canada, the border is now closed given the COVID -19 virus. Carlos and his team were wonderful to deal with during this whole process, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend ATC Buses to anyone looking for transportation in the Orlando area. read more

In Orlando for our company annual conference, driver was 40 mins late and then we started heading towards Tampa. Thank goodness I'm from Florida, and alerted someone from HQ that the driver was lost. The driver then drove like a maniac to make up time. It was not a great bus ride needless to say! On the way back to resort, he then AGAIN did not know where he was going. Though it took us almost three hours to get to Ocala, it was not within his control, but he tried his best to take an alternate route which likely got us there in more time than we would have if we had gone on the highway. Joe was friendly and knew a lot about the area. I felt badly I was so tired, but he took it all in stride and got me directly to my destination. The communication with Pegasus was great leading up to the event. We connected a number of times to make sure we all knew what the plan was and our company's goals. Everyone was clear that the goal of the bus was to take a bunch of people back and forth. The bus waited no more than 2 minutes outside of each location for people until the very end of the night when it waited for 5 minutes. 2 minutes. If anyone that needed a ride was lucky enough to even see the bus, they would barely have time to grab their coat and get on before it was gone. The bus spent the entire time driving back and forth empty without checking to see if that is what we wanted / needed. No instructions were given regarding where to find the bus since it couldn't pull in front of the restaurant. Pegasus failed to refund any money or provide any reasonable customer service following this failure.

We expected our laundry the next day, but was pleasantly notified that we could pick it up that afternoon. When I arrived, everything was ready: men's shirt was hung and the rest of the items were folded and placed in the travel bag that I left with them. And with all of that, the price we paid was really reasonable too. When in the area again, we will definitely return to Fast Fresh Laundry to correct our clothing mishaps.

We stopped into R & R after a nice lunch at Pickles to see what they have to offer. This is a great…read morelittle store. They don't offer everything you would see at a Guitar Center or Sam Ash but what they do offer is an exceptional selection of guitars, Basses, ukuleles, mandolins, tube and solid-state amps, effects pedals, instrument accessories and more. They carry mostly Fender, Squire, Taylor, Martin, PRS, and Reverend guitars. They literally have one wall filled with Taylor and Martin guitars, another one filled with PRS, and a third all Fender, its pretty awesome. If you are a die hard for any of these brands, I highly recommend stopping in to check them out. I always wanted a Fender Telecaster but after seeing the Reverend Eastsider they had, I am willing to reconsider, that thing was sick! Staff were super friendly and welcoming. I struck up a conversation with Grayson, one of the store associates and he informed me they also give lessons on a variety of instruments. Pricing is $30 for a half hour and $60 for an hour lesson, which is pretty much the going rate. I could hear one of the piano teachers playing Bohemian Rhapsody in the background and she was great. The store is well kept, clean, and orderly. Although the store has been here for a while now, everything looks like it is in like new condition. All of the guitars are kept clean from dust and staff maintains everything very well., Good job! I really wanted to support the store even though I didn't need anything, so I bought a pack of strings and a PRS keychain pick holder, and now that I have been using it daily, I cannot live without it. Thank you for the recommendation, Grayson. If you happen to be in the area and love music shops and want to support local, I highly recommend checking out R & R Guitars.
