He has made his instagram private due to complaints. the last time we used them it was a disaster. they then gave us a free ride to make up for it, and the drivers were miserable! Mike is a thief. We used this service in March of 2025 and it was a very disappointing experience. we had reserved two SUVs to pick my family up at MCO and only one was there to take half my family. The other SUV that showed up was completely disappointing and seemed to be a friend of someone with the company as the driver was not dressed as previous drivers. On the return, the car never showed up to take us to the airport. I called the number on the reservation and the gentleman arranged a pickup with a different service it seemed. Our text conversation stated we would be refunded due to these issues, however a refund never came. I called weeks after and followed up with the owner. He stated that they attempted to give a refund but it bounced back and seemed to be an issue with my bank. I told him the experience we had of pick up from the airport and the pick up from the hotel. The owner indicated he would give some sort of refund and that he would look into how this all happened. A refund never came. I had to change my flight to a different time and gave them over a month's notice. The new time was not noted and nobody showed up at the airport. I tried calling, emailing, with no response until it was too late. For obvious reasons, I decided to cancel my returning ride service. I was promised a refund for the error they made on the pick-up, but I have still not received a refund. After attempting to cancel my return trip and requesting a full refund, I was told that the first half of my refund would be given to me in cash in the car when I was picked up for my returning service, which is so weird. I used to use this company to transport me and family to and from MCO/WDW. Pre-Covid, it was wonderful service. After my last experience, I will never consider them again. What use to be exceptional service has turned horrible. WARNING: The driver DOES NOT greet you inside the airport. They drive around the arrival gate and constantly call you until you have your luggage, then you have to play "find your ride" at the busy curbside because they don't have signage of who they are or who they are picking up. When you finally figure out our ride, you discover that they pull up in a crappy SUV (not all seat belts worked). As a bonus, we got to see the driver finish dressing himself when he came out of the SUV. Upon return, we were outside the resort waiting for our ride when I kept getting calls from the driver yelling at me as to where we were. I was only 30 feet away from him. I was expecting an SUV with a driver that would have a sign with our name on it. Instead I finally discovered that my ride was a beat up, dirty (inside & out) 15 passenger van. There are many transportation choices from MCO Orlando. In fact, go the MCO website for many recommended vehicle for hire companies (interesting fact, this company isn't even listed). Called at least 4 different transportation companies. They just didn't seem interested in my business. They did not talk professionally. Yup, going to call out one (A1 Elite, just was crazy how they answer the phone. Low voice, no interest that I even called.). Finally went on yelp and a couple calls later ended up talking directly with Mike. Told him my frustrations and he was so kind. Took care of me and make it easy. Even when we had a flight that was canceled, he called me back and made sure I was comfortable that he got the message and would be there. This company is dishonest and incompetent. Terrible, awful experience. Driver showed up at the airport almost an hour late. When we called the office, the driver lied saying he was there but couldn't find us (It's Sanford, a tiny airport with only one place to get picked up). Even after being an hour late, he ignored us for another five minutes, because he didn't want the airport attendant knowing he was making a pickup, so he could avoid a $25 pick up fee. Lied and told the attendant he was an Uber driver. We questioned him twice and he pretended he didn't speak English. Then when he finally let us get in the car, we had to wait again while he paid the airport a fine. On the way back we texted the night before to confirm they would have two booster seats. Driver arrived with one, and said no problem, one of our kids could just go without! Not only putting my family at risk but completely illegal. read more

I booked one month in advance and received a few emails that put me off a bit but decided to still go forward despite my misgivings. 3 days before I emailed to confirm and received the following message " Good morning Jenna. This was already confirmed ,please refer back to your emails...safe travels" I thought this was an insane response and like nothing I had ever heard before when asking for or giving confirmation. I decided to cancel and book with a different company. Considering they had not confirmed things on their end. Their cancellation policy says " CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE 48HRS BEFORE ARRIVING DATE FOR REFUND. FEES APPLY. " in my invoice. It was more than 48 hours in advance so I was not worried. They ended up keeping almost 25% of what I paid them. I was and continued to be shocked. In the last email that I did get a responce from, an employee named Rick said that had been waiting on my address which I sent to them. It has been just about a year since we had a 2 week trip in Orlando. Our travel agent recommended Mike and we could not have been happier with his commitment to us. We are travelling as a group of 7, so rental or even Uber options become expensive or difficult. Mike was our solution. We had a late flight in from Denver and it was delayed making it even later, but Mike was there waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator. And then our luggage was an hour delayed, who knows why? Mike patiently stayed at our side and checked on the status for us then drove us all the way out to Cocoa Beach. It made for a very late night for him. This was our second experience with a car service and Mike met all our expectations from the first moment on. We had to adjust some times here or there and we even added a day on short notice when we decided not to take Disney Transportation back to the airport. That gave us extra precious time. Mike worked with us and made it all seem smooth. Then our flight was delayed home and we landed to find our local car service had passed us off to someone else we did not know. There was miscommunication and delay because of this and it made us appreciate Mike even more. We know that he did not pass us off and we heard stories from others about him making sure this does not happen to those he contracts with. We had a fantastic trip to Orlando and it was only made better by Mike! His kindness and conversation has become one of our fond memories. The reservation process was great and their response was terrific. The first driver we had was fantastic and I would use again based on this. The second driver was terrible (think awkward drunk uncle who doesn't know how to keep his mouth closed or act like an adult). He kept texting these puppy pictures and weird messages like "I'll be picking up "queen" at such and such a time. I don't go for that craziness. I just wanted the ride I paid for. He picks us up and then starts telling us we can take our mask off as it is 100 percent safe in Florida and his car. Excuse me I don't care what you believe about mask wearing or the virus but don't tell me after I've lost people to the virus that anything is 100 percent safe. I called him out on it for minimizing the illness and he proceeded to start pointing out tourist spots as he was driving us to the airport to leave. I can't say enough about Mike!!! Our travel agent set us up with Mike for our transportion from our resort to Universal Studios. Mike was on time, professional, friendly and had 2 car seats ready to go for us. He dropped us off at the gate and picked us up when we were ready to come home. We thought that was all we would see of Mike until we had a camera problem that resulted in a very stressful and frustrating morning. As a last ditch effort we called Mike asking if he would be able to help us. Not only did Mike go to the store for us to pick up what we needed, he hand delivered them to us at our current location, did not charge us and wouldn't even accept a tip from us. We were so blown away by his generosity and hospitality. It is rare to come across such exceptional individuals. He turned our entire day around allowing us to continue enjoying the kids first trip to Disney. We are forever grateful for what he did for us and his pay it forward attitude.
