He then shouted when I called 20 minutes later asking where the driver was saying we should have waited outside! They have said they are going to charge an extra hour on top of what was agreed which will most certainly be challenged! A shoddy company who never answers the phone. Really spoilt what should have been a lovely surprise. One of his emails states that he should have left us at the airport to get an Uber/taxi! Would not recommend this company and am lodging a formal complaint against them. The chauffeur however was really nice and it wasn't his fault that his company cannot get their act together.

He was very helpful at for our return back to the MCO Terminal. He had given us a bunch of snacks for our train trip on the Brightline and dropped us off without any issues for our train.
