Nothing you can really do about it. But Pierce is reasonable. Vernon Pierce came out to our house and looked at my AC unit. I told him what I had already been quoted. He said, "That seems high to me. The problem with this industry is that people are dishonest. They will deliberately sell you things you don't need. But I'll have a look." After looking, he agreed that the original quote I received from another company was too expensive. And he charged me $750 less than the other guy to do the same thing. New AC unit is running great. Vernon was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend his services if you're in need of some heating & air work.
