The team was minimally invasive with the wiring, and only had to make a small cut in existing walls to thread the wiring. They patched it before leaving. He came out on his day off, made several phone calls and had the right people out there within hours to fix the break. Talk about a great team! I called after-hours, thinking I'd get voicemail and leave a message and wait for a call back, but to my surprise, someone picked up who, despite it being late, took my call politely and professionally. He asked me to text details so he could send someone out the next day, so I did. Then, first thing the next morning, I get a call that someone is on their way. I also needed some wiring fixed in another room, so I asked about that, and it was taken care of on the same visit. After a total of just an hour and a half, both things were completed and at a very reasonable price. I have a few other things on my list to take care of at some point in the future, and I'll definitely be calling these folks back.
