Fake reviewers have 5-10 reviews spread over the nation (e.g. 1-2 reviews in las vegas, 1-2 reviews in Kansas, 1-2 reviews in new york, something like that) and I looked at 5-10 profiles and they have a lot of common businesses in their reviews. Please please look at reviews from Yelp and BBB. 2. The salesman (Steve) told me it'd be delivered in 4-7 business days. It actually took 21 business days (the maximum on the contract). When the driver arrived at my new location, he said "We delivered it in 21 business days! we kept the contract man". 3. You can never reach out to the salesman Steve again once you sign the contract. Instead, another person becomes the point of contact - Sam. 4. They have absolutely no idea when they can deliver your stuff. They consistently refused to tell me the ETA. 5. They charge 10% more for gas when they pick up your stuff which you wouldn't be told from Steve or Sam. It's even not mentioned in the contract. (please see attached photo) 6. They appear with a huge semi-truck. So unless your unit happens to be located in a very lucky spot, you'll be likely to have to pay extra for the shuttle (from $350) because that huge truck can't usually take turns in a small road in an apartment community. The driver will tell you whether or not he needs the shuttle only after he arrives and you have two choices - either you pay what he asks or you rent a truck, they move the stuff to your truck in a large parking lot (Walmart or somewhere) and they leave. If you choose the latter, you'll have to move your stuff to your house and assembly them yourself. 7. The driver is very rude and seems to be always ready to fight with you. 8. The driver lost my snow shovel and he said "it must be in the big truck, I'll grab it and come back in 15 mins". and he never showed up. Thank you for reading this and please don't be fooled!

Otherwise RUN in the other direction. If you think you will EVER hear from your sales person or be able to get in touch with him again after the initial deposit you can forget it. With the speed of a cheetah, elegance of a swan and heart of a ....hippo? Lion? (Something with a really sincere big heart!) these guys have it all. Positive, fun, extremely hard working and caring. Moved all of my heavy crap up 4 flights of stairs -- they acted like it was nothing. I climbed the stairs once and almost had a heart attack while drenched in my own tears and sweat. Besides their moving prowess they go the extra mile with customer service : I honestly just fell in love with them. They are outstanding individuals, I truly enjoyed having them with me for the morning. In a nutshell: this was an affordable, incredibly smooth and fantastic moving experience! I would give them a 1/2 star if I could. The majority of my furniture that they moved ended up…read morebroken or damaged in some way. They brought blankets on request but never used them. When there was a pop up shower, they did nothing to protect the furniture. When wrapping the white silk sofa, they dropped the cushions on the muddy floor. They chipped the marble on the coffee table and a concrete outdoor pedestal. They even broke a concrete urn. The movers toward the end were rude and dismissive. When I called the owner to ask how I would be compensated for the items that were damaged or destroyed he agreed to repair 3 items and gave me $50.00 for the urn. He did not repair the 3 items. WARNING: Unless you want your furniture destroyed, DO NOT HIRE THEM!!!!
